Took the car to an honest place and they told me I have more than 50% of my pads. I will no longer even have my oil changed there. Disgusting. Quick Edit, talked to the owner after they reached out. He is as crooked as they come. Basically called me a liar. Did Nothing to resolve anything. Wouldn’t even respond to my email that had the proof of paperwork. Low down, dirty and disrespectful.

The grumpy man who came up to the car said it would be a couple minutes, we sit for 15-20 min. from our view the last 10 min we sat there the 4 mechanics there were just walking around and no work was being completed. After waiting for the 15-20 min a truck pulls up and they proceed to help him and ignore us. We ended up driving away. The disrespect we experienced as PAYING customers. We will be using a different service next time. If we had been acknowledged and spoken to kindly, we would have been so happy to wait and continue being customers.
