- T3T 35 days ago1.0We left our handicap tag inside the rental car. Realized immediately as soon as I put the keys in the drop box. Called the next morning at 8 AM when they opened only to be told they didn't have it and never found it. Called back again and was told the same thing. Showed up in person and it was a miracle they found it. I rent (primarily from National) 25+ days/yr and this was the worst rental experience I've had.
