  What is great about Auto Zone is that the store layouts are almost identical no matter where they are located. East to West Coast. Customer service is really good and if part is not in stock they order it for you.

  AMAZING SERVICE FROM CAMI & FORREST! I had such an incredible experience at this AutoZone thanks to Cami and Forrest. They were not only professional, but genuinely kind, patient, and incredibly helpful. I came in with a bunch of questions about car care products, and they went above and beyond to make sure I understood everything and found exactly what I needed. Cami was super knowledgeable, friendly, and made me feel completely comfortable asking even the smallest questions. Forrest was just as helpful — attentive, patient, and clearly experienced. Together, they made my shopping experience feel welcoming, easy, and even fun. It’s rare to meet employees who care this much about their customers, but Cami and Forrest truly stand out. They both deserve recognition for their outstanding service. I’ll definitely be coming back to this location because of them! Thank you, Cami and Forrest — you’re the best! 🙌🚗✨

  Store #3816, North Port, FL: AutoZone: today I had my daughter take her Ford C-Max Hybrid to the Store #3816, here in North Port today. I had purchased the night prior 2 qts of oil because she was leaking oil and had a "low oil pressure" light on. Not only did they help with adding oil, but the AutoZone team members also assisted in her getting the leak diagnosed. Not just with a recommendation but talked with the adjacent service shop (I see you Jiffy Lube) to help her. That shop, in turn, did diagnose this ... free, gratis, no charge ... which they usually charge for, thanks to your team member. The diagnosis was: loose oil filter; tightened and written up to the offending shop. The "offending" shop (yes, it was Walmart if you were betting) did follow through with a free oil change and a refund for the botched oil change. This could have been thousands of dollars in damage, averted, because your employee went above and beyond. So, in closing: thank you. I don't know what else I can do other than offer these thanks and acknowledgement for the "Do Extra" professionalism your Team Members did from that small store in North Port, Florida. Thank you
