The first one I bought in 2023 didn’t even last a year. They replaced it in 2024, and that replacement battery failed again in 2025 after only nine months. That is not normal—that is a product quality problem. When I called customer service, Tanya was polite and professional. But the supervisor Miles was one of the most disrespectful customer service representatives I have ever dealt with. He was condescending, rude, dismissive, and completely uninterested in helping me. He even told me he didn’t care if I filed complaints or posted reviews because he’d “respond to all of them.” He brushed off the fact their products are failing early and acted like it didn’t matter. Miles’s behavior completely violates the customer service values Advance Auto Parts claims to stand for. If this is how supervisors treat customers—and if their products fail this quickly—I will be taking this as far up the chain as I need to. I strongly recommend people think twice before trusting their batteries or their customer service.
