- TKTara KrokFeb 12, 20261.0Would NEVER recommend doing business with any location of Enterprise. First off, if you have a same day reservation, don’t think your guaranteed a car! Reservations don’t mean anything! You’ll show up after paying hundreds in Lyft rides, and be told they are sold out of cars! And they will do nothing to help! Second, calling customer service is a waste of time! Basically, they will tell you thanks for your feedback, they will tell a manger, have a great day! Or, “I’ll have the regional manager call you right away and straighten this out!” Hours, days, weeks later….no call. Sitting there on the side of the road stranded with no way to get anywhere. You would think they would offer to see if another location has cars, if they have a car coming later, nope! Nothing! And if you do get a car, $300 deposit, takes forever to get it back!
