  I used a coupon for an oil change on an old car, and everyone was very attentive, professional, and courteous. Especially Andrew, who took the time to explain to me what he'd found. Andrew even printed out the details on my receipt so that I could more easily share it with a mechanic.

  I had an excellent experience at Valvoline Instant Oil Change! From start to finish, the team was professional, efficient, and genuinely friendly. Sebastian (CSR) made the check-in process smooth and welcoming. Sincere, working topside, was knowledgeable and took the time to offer helpful advice and recommendations without any pressure. Andy, on the bottom side, worked efficiently and kept everything running seamlessly. What really stood out was how well the team communicated and worked together—it made the entire visit quick and stress-free. To top it off, they gave such a warm and friendly farewell, which left a lasting impression. Highly recommend this location if you’re looking for fast, reliable service with a personal touch!

  This place is terrible I went here with no leak for an oil change 2 months later all my oil leaked out and they didn’t even care when I explained to them what happened stay a way !!! They don’t care about your car at all trust me keep driving go to a mom and pop shop much better service ps the five star reviews are probably fakes

  Yesterday, I went to get an oil change, the guy that checked my oil level told me that my car had no oil, although that the car did not turn on the light accusing that the car had no oil, after that the guy processed to add the new oil, today I checked the oil level to find that the oil level was doubled than it should be. After that I went back to get it checked and they checked and confirmed that the oil level was double than it should be, and so they proceed to take out the oil that wasn't supposed to be there, the oil that they took was completely black, I asked them to take out all the oil and give me an oil change, but they said they had to call the manager, after calling the manager he asked to see the oil level, which now was at the correct level, and then even after explaining to the manager what happened, the manager said that the oil level was good and everything was okay with the car so if I wanted an oil change I would have to pay for it. So I'm never going to the Valvoline ever again.
