  Terrible experience. An agent named Ceilin (if I’m not mistaken), who has tattoos, provided the worst service. I ended up leaving without a car and going to another agency.

  I had a terrible experience with Sixt at their Aventura location. The main issue was an employee named Stephen, who was extremely rude and unprofessional. From the moment I walked in, he had a dismissive attitude and acted like helping me was a burden. Simple questions were met with short, irritated responses, and there was zero effort to provide decent customer service. It made what should have been a quick and easy process unnecessarily frustrating. I’ve rented cars many times and have never been treated this poorly. Customer service like this is completely unacceptable, and it reflects badly on the entire company. I would not recommend this location at all, and I hope management addresses this issue.
