  Had a reservation booked online and received an email to confirm the day before. When I tried to check in, it wouldn’t go through, so I called only to be told my reservation had been canceled because they couldn’t reach me by phone. No one attempted to contact me via email, despite having it on file. When I asked to speak to a manager, I was instead transferred to an automated booking line. Canceling a confirmed reservation without proper notice left me scrambling for a last-minute rental. I ended up finding a cheaper car through Hertz in the end, which I would recommend everyone to do. Completely unacceptable.

  The place is unorganized, there is no car even with previous reservation. How is it possible that the same company cannot call their other stores in the city to check whether there is availability of the car? And they provided a pick up location where the staff ended up telling us there is no car available and it is completely empty. Pathetic. GO TO ANOTHER PLACE TO RENT A CAR

  Absolutely terrible experience. This was by far the worst rental location I’ve ever dealt with. The manager was extremely rude and unprofessional from the moment I walked in. No greeting, no willingness to help, just attitude. The place itself is very disorganized. it felt like nobody knew what was going on. The biggest issue was they didn’t even have the car I reserved. No explanation, no apology, no attempt to offer a proper solution. I was just told to “wait” with zero clarity on what was happening. I ended up waiting for a long time with no updates. Staff were not helpful at all. Every question felt like a burden to them. Instead of trying to fix the situation, they acted like it was my problem. On top of that, communication was terrible. No one followed up, no one took ownership, and no one seemed to care. Overall, this location lacks basic customer service, organization, and professionalism. I would strongly recommend avoiding this place if you value your time and want a smooth rental experience. Not ever coming back again and I’ll make sure people around me won’t visit this place.

  Exceptional service from David and his team at North Miami Beach Enterprise rental. I experienced superior service on every level from every sales associate that helped me. It's hard to find this quality of service from anyone these days. Great job everyone!

  I would like to highlight the excellent service provided by the staff during the car rental process. They were very friendly, professional, and efficient at all times. However, I would also like to mention that the cleanliness of the vehicle was not adequate, as it was dirty and had an unpleasant odor. I am confident that improving this aspect would make the overall experience completely satisfactory.
