  I had a great experience at Tire Kingdom thanks to Allan. He helped me with my Tesla and was very kind, professional, and respectful. He explained everything clearly and made the whole process easy. I really appreciate his help and would definitely recommend him. ⭐️

  At 930a on Thursday went to this establishment for rear tire inspection , two service advisors but only one person available for work. UNBELIEVABLE!!! never would've thought tire kingdom service would've declined. Very disappointing. Forgot to mention advisor playing on his phone.

  Recently went to Tire Kingdom at the North Miami Beach location to service my 2014 Buick Enclave. Came in for some concerns about the fuel system and was advised by Allan of other concerns involving the suspension. I have been to this location a few times and have always had the Most amazing customer service experience. Allan was able to confirm What I needed, and I even got the breakdown of what was wrong with the car from the technician, Alejandro. Alejandro explained the need for the components and how they worked and I was able to confirm the service and get it done quickly and efficiently. To be honest, the team there does a great job from the moment you arrive until the moment you leave. I definitely recommend them and will be back for any other automotive needs.
