  I had an excellent experience with Sixt Car Rental in Aventura! From the moment I walked in, the staff was professional, friendly, and extremely helpful. The check-in process was quick and smooth, and they took the time to explain everything clearly so I felt confident about my rental. The car itself was spotless, well-maintained, and practically brand new. It drove beautifully and made my trip so much more enjoyable. I also appreciated the wide selection of vehicles they had available — it’s clear they take pride in offering high-quality options. What really stood out was the customer service. The team went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect and that I had a great experience from start to finish. Returning the vehicle was just as easy and hassle-free.   Cailin was super helpful in getting me the perfect car for my move. We weren’t able to have the original one because of oil change problems but we got a better one in exchange. He was super attentive and overall a great person, Sixt is lucky to have him.

  I left a review but it “somehow” got removed. There’s something fishy about this place. I returned the car and they proceeded it 2 days later charging me an extra 2 days. Also my initial complaint was the beginning when a clown in dreadlocks started throwing a temper tantrum and screaming because he never learned emotional intelligence as a child simply because we were confirming the security deposit situation. Which he didn’t know how to communicate effectively. You don’t say “you’re being charged a total of,” you are supposed to say “the security deposit will drop off so you WONT be charged”

  Sixt will now be my FIRST call for any rental needs! We were in town on vacation Valentines Day weekend when my personal vehicle had catastrophic engine failure. After calling around in a panic, Sixt told us they had 1 vehicle left at their North Miami location and we ubered there with a quickness. Cailin went above and beyond to help us get a great rental rate all the way back to Jacksonville and gave us truly outstanding service. I will be telling everyone I know to check Sixt when renting from now on. Shout out to Steve who also chatted with us while our rental details were finalized. These gentlemen were our vacation saviors!
