Other products were offered and thoroughly explained without the high pressure upsell. The facilities were tidy and had a comfortable workstation so I can get work done while I waited. They were quick and courteous, even when an obnoxious, self proclaimed attorney, demanded to call ‘headquarters’ when asked to leave because she was too hostile and not willing to cooperate on resolution with her car. Anyone who can remain professional and respectful in that situation has my business.
