    I had initial agreement 1VBxxx and the car broken down after 150 miles from Miami. I had 5 luggages and 3 people . When I went to Fort Meyers airport enterprise to exchange the car , the manager was very rude and only gave a small Mitsubishi mirage or offer me a bus . He didn’t give any suvs when I can see lots are there. Enterprise values fresh booking more than exchange even if it is their fault as they value money more it seems. I drove that vehicle with my life risk to Siasta Key. Next day when I go for exchange I heard same story . Since I have to drive back to Austin I need a suv I left with no other option but book a new one with rental agreement 1VRNxxx at Bradenton FL 34207. There it was same story when I said exchange they said we have no vehicle and moment I said I will give money they are ready to give the vehicle. So they charged me 907.47 usd for 4 days and gave the vehicle. Manager at fort meyers even didn’t add the small vehicle to existing contract of 1VBxxx. This means technically Enterprise execute agreement 1VBxxx without giving any vehicle . When I reach Austin Bergstrom Enterprise to return the car the person in charge listen to my story and then offer to give 150 dollar more discount to total Charge of 763 dollars . That was also not given . Ideally this vehicle should have been free but Enterprise only bother about money and not priorities customer pain . This is not the case with other rental . This is both mental and monetary harassment for me. Just to add the first agreement was done by my insurance company because my own car got accident. Also that small car is almost a toast which means enterprise push me towards a physically dangerous situation as definitely this car is not drivable for long drives . All pleads are ignored . I hope a proper action must be taken against Fort Meyers Enterprise and his manager and full 763 dollars must be reimbursed.

    Never use Enterprise again I reserved an Premium SUV back in March 2025 for a family vacation that we were leaving on Dec. 19th 2025 on Dec. 17th Enterprise calls me to tell me that I was getting a mini-van that blew my mind now what that fits 6 we were 8 how was this going to happen they try to fix everything with an I'm sorry that's what we have all SUV were on recall and there was a big shortage why did other company's had them but for 200 a day not 900 for the week what was on my reservation don't let this happen to you! Reservation with them have no value or commitment. SHAME ON YOU ENTERPRISE!!!

    Muy buena experiencia en este rental de Enterprise, buena atención y rápido tanto para el retiro como para la entrega. Nos dieron un upgrade de auto y fue un Nissan Rogue, excelente auto, muy satisfecha por el cambio. Para extranjeros, por ley debemos pagar por un seguro en caso de que no contemos con un seguro de autos en USA, esto sube el valor del auto (pasa en todos los rentals)

    Worst car rental place had a reservation and went today to pick up vehicle they were extremely rude and didn’t help with the situation Brushed me off to contact customer service. Had to leave without a vehicle and hope that I can get one tomorrow since all locations were closed and they didn’t even call other locations to see if reservation can be transferred over to one of them.

    This was, without question, the worst customer service experience I have ever had in my life. I made a reservation almost two months in advance, fully confirmed, for a 15-passenger van. Everything was set. The day before my trip, at 4:00 p.m., I received a call informing me that my reservation was being cancelled due to a recall on the vehicle. Keep in mind, I was supposed to pick up the car the next morning at 10:00 a.m. Their so-called solution was to offer two vehicles, yet they were unable to confirm the size of either one. When I asked if they were at least 7-passenger vehicles, I was told “maybe” — that they could be 5-passenger or 7-passenger vehicles. Completely unacceptable when traveling with 15 people and leaving the very next day. I asked for a simple and reasonable request: clear confirmation so I could plan accordingly. Instead of help, I was met with hostility and disrespect. The representative was extremely rude, repeatedly interrupted me, told me to “be quiet and let her speak,” and hung up on me multiple times. I then requested a manager, hoping for professionalism. It only got worse. The manager was even more disrespectful, dismissive, and showed zero empathy. Her response was essentially: “This is what it is. Take it or leave it.” She even threatened to cancel the reservation on my behalf. No solutions, no accountability, no concern. She then hung up on me. After that, my repeated calls were ignored, I was left on hold, and to this day the reservation was never properly cancelled. I was left completely stranded hours before an important trip. This company shows no professionalism, no accountability, and no respect for customers. They play with people’s time, plans, and peace of mind. Do yourself a favor and stay far away from this place. There are many better rental options. I would never recommend this company to anyone.
