  I've been renting from this location for over 3 years and I highly recommend them every time! It's always been such a hassle-free experience at this location. I can't stress how welcoming and friendly the staff is, they truly provide top tier service thank you Enterprise of North Miami ‼

  I’ve been a loyal customer with your company for the past 10–12 years. Recently, I was placed on a “Do Not Rent” list! Additionally, I’m now dealing with a separate issue where someone else was allowed to rent a vehicle under my name since the month of July. Despite these circumstances, my account remains on the “Do Not Rent” list. Help me Howard tell me what action should I take next.

  Diana and Mark at Enterprise North Miami were absolutely incredible. I came in last minute, and they went above and beyond — even waited extra time to make sure I was taken care of. They really hooked it up and made the whole experience smooth and stress-free. Couldn’t ask for better service.

  I was very impressed with the care and service I received from the North Miami team during my recent rental experience. Jason who was the driver assigned to picked me up at my dealership, where my personal vehicle was needing to be serviced for multiple days, was so personable and friendly on the way to the Rental Center. Upon arrival at the North Miami Branch location I was greeted and helped with the rental process by Customer Rep. Marc as well as Branch Manager Deanna, who was also actively attending to customers during this busy mid-day. Their professionalism and efficiency assisted in getting me a vehicle in a timely manner and got me on my way to face the rest of my day. I've been to this location in the past, yet this time was particularly memorable due to the overall excellence of the expierience and those who made it so. Kudos to Deanna and her Team!

  I went to Enterprise this morning because I was having car issues and needed a rental. They gave me three full-size car options to choose from. The first car I picked, a Toyota Camry, had no washer fluid and was extremely dirty inside and out. When I asked to switch vehicles, the representative helping me was very passive-aggressive, as if I was bothering him for asking. The next car I looked at smelled heavily of cigarette smoke, and after running short on time, I ended up taking a Nissan Altima that was also dirty. Overall, the experience was disappointing. For a company like Enterprise, I expected better customer service and cleaner vehicles.
