He took the time to help me with my headlight issue and made sure I actually understood what was going on, not just fixed it and sent me on my way. He explained everything clearly and walked me through how my Honda Civic works so I’d know what to look out for in the future. You can tell he really cares about helping people and not just doing a quick job. I really appreciate his patience and professionalism—highly recommend working with Trey!

They helped me with finding right battery and engaged in good conversation. They helped install the battery for me. Trey B noticed my battery cover needed a bolt abd he offered to find one and install it quickly. They even tested the battery and alternator and starter for me. I have used other Auto Zones in the past but these people went above and beyond to help me. I am grateful for their service and will most certainly return to the store for assistance. Thanks to Trey B and others I came across at this location. Kudos to these people here.
