I came to this location based off the reviews and that bald guy with the glasses that work there needs better customer service training. After waiting in line behind 6 people I politely ask him to check my battery in my car, instead of doing so he brushes me off to the side to take the next customer…. Ok fine now the store is empty and he is still ignoring my request and eventually walks to the back of store. I finally ask the young lady to assist me and she does it with no problem even changes the battery . A 5 min job that the bald head guy refused to do, sad that a woman can stand out in such a male centered job position just Pathetic.
