  TREY B. The mannn. He went above and beyond today for me helped find solutions until I was happy. I was out of luck and did have to buy a battery but thanks to his patience and knowledge it got sorted out and even got an upgrade for my electronic needs.

  the manager trey help me with my battery He was very helpful very fast I was here less than seven minutes trust me with somebody that don’t know nothing about cars he helped And super friendly and looks like he love his job will definitely come back here

  Never have I ever been so embarrassed to come store where you have no knowledge on what your purchasing n you would assume the associates would be there to help, I came to get a few parts for my car and get a quote for others because I have a mechanic quoting me outrageous prices, so I asked the worker I believe her name was Belinda I asked for tune up, windshield wipers, some tie rods and control arm, as I'm giving her the vehicle information she says I need the vin I said I'm not sure where to find it can you at least let me know what I have in the mean time she said I can't help you unless you have the vin I'm not going to give you wrong information I asked her if she could help me find it she said she doesn't know it's usually in the front of the car I asked where she said she doesn't know, which at first I'm confused because you work at an auto store how can you not help me, than when I'm asking for the parts she is having an attitude where I didn't have any attitude just concerns or questions because I don't know what I am buying or what I need, not sure what kind of training autozone offers but clearly she needs to be retrained on customer service because how I was treated I wouldn't want someone else to get the same experience on top of not so helpful recommendations. Personally I would never come to another AutoZone by myself if this is the type of behavior that is accepted in any establishment especially when everything is so expensive.

  I want to give an outstanding 5 star recommendation for Tre, he is very professional and goes above and beyond to help the customer i had no ac in my car and took his time to help me with installing the 143a frion in my car I have no experience on working with cars but you guys did a fire fire hire with this man

  Very friendly, fast, and thorough! I stopped by after work suspecting issues with my battery, and Trey was able to both test it and walk me through the actual problem. As someone who is not car savvy, I would absolutely ask for him again as he took his time both finding the root of my problem and taking his time to provide an explanation. Amazing service - thanks again!
