  BEST. EXPERIENCE. EVER! I took my 2025 Palisade Calligraphy in after a hit and run, and I was blown away by the service. Brenda greeted me with a warm smile and got me in ASAP. Then, the amazing Ben took over and worked his magic. My ride looks BETTER THAN EVER – like it just rolled off the factory floor. What truly stood out was the communication: daily text updates and personal calls from Ben to keep me in the loop. Absolutely top-notch service! They had it fixed in no time. They didn't just fix my car; they made me feel valued as a customer. If you want your vehicle restored to its former glory (or even better), look no further.   I dropped my car off here on a Thursday and it was ready by Monday, one of the best experiences I’ve had from a collision center. The service was awesome and the people were very friendly and helpful and fast. Would recommend coming here any day.

  I’ve had nothing but the best experience since the first time I stepped through the door, Brenda, who’s at the front is very kind and friendly . Ben is who I dealt with through the whole process to make sure everything went smooth and it did! Luckily for me, the car got done earlier than anticipated. I’m very thankful for people making this so much easier for me especially during a car accident situation. There’s a lot of stress. Thank you again for the wonderful customer service.

  Gerber is awesome! From the customer service (Brenda and Karen (Unicorn hunter)) to Ben and those we don’t meet who finish the job. I was treated well, my car was repaired and looks beautiful. The end product was above expectations! Calibrations included! We live in south Florida and there are a lot of bad drivers! Eventually you or someone you know will need a car collision company. Call Gerber! The car was clean and repaired within two days. The insurance companies like that! Call Gerber! I was not paid to leave this stellar review!😔
