    My experience was based on using insurance coverage. Just a fyi as they probably won't be your go to if you are paying out of pocket and need something reasonable. My experience was great. They caught details that other repair shops were missing within seconds. Within 30 minutes I was done and in a rental car. They called twice within 10 days to update me on delays as they should have replaced a side mirror with an OEM off the bat instead of trying to get a secondary. Should have taken 5 business days but was delayed. No biggie on my end as again insurance was paying for rentals and additional fees.

    Worst experience I have had with a shop. 1)For starters communication amongst staff is horrible. While I waited in the lobby area to drop off my car the staff was talking about how one of the painters were not good. 2)While I was there a customer had came in because she received a call that her car would be ready. I heard staff in the office saying who called her and the car was not finished. 3) As I am sitting waiting for my rental to be dropped off I had to hand them someone’s keys and personal information that had literally been left on the top of the desk where anyone had access. I waited a few moments to see if one of the many staff that walked by the items were going to take them up before I finally brought it to the receptionist attention. 4) They noticed while they were making a copy of my ID that they forgot to return another customer ID back to them, and had allowed the customer to leave the store without it. 5) When I first entered the store I was informed they were contacting enterprise for my car rental. After almost an hour the receptionist checked to make sure someone had contacted the rental company and found out no one had. 6) I was assigned Ben… Ben would call every week for 5 weeks to tell me he had pushed back my pick up date to the next week for some b.s reason. At one point he told me after waiting three weeks my car was in reassembly and I could pick it up the next day. The next day came and he informed me that “GEICO” had ordered the wrong bumper… In my head I’m thinking but don’t you all order the car parts that will be needed? 7) I promise you Ben had a different excuse EVERY week. There was no urgency displayed in returning the vehicle in a timely manner and no consideration for me as the customer. 8) They had my car from June 21- July 24. The initial pick up date I was told was July 3rd …. 9) When I contacted my insurance company on July 25, they informed the collision company had not updated them that they were still working on my car so the rental was covered until the 19th. I had to contact the collision company and inform Ben.10) When I finally got my car back the driver side mirror was painted a different color from the ENTIRE car! I asked if I was able to bring my car back on a Friday when I am off. He said “he will see” not yes because it was their mess up. If you are looking for a collision shop that respects and understands quality and urgency this is not it. The two things are not mutually exclusive at this shop. At the ended of the service they give you a survey with pre filled out answered questions and scores. OVERALL IT WAS A HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE FROM THE TIME THE CAR WAS DROPPED. If you are able to avoid this shop I suggest you do. It’s not worth the gamble you will be taking. I knew I had made a mistake at the start of me dropping off the car but it was too late. If I could leave no star, I would. I definitely would not recommend this shop.
