  Q is Awesome I came in on a Sunday SHE was alone & SHE was taking care of business. Hard working, Polite, just a Sweet person Smile 😃 warm & friendly. It makes a world of difference when your car breaks down & you have to Rush to work. Again SHE is Fabulous. I LOVE ❤️ 😍 💖 ❣️ & I APPRECIATE THE WONDERFUL SERVICE GOD BLESS 🙏 💋.

  They never informed us there would be an additional service fee for tolls. We had $10 in tolls and they want to hit us with a $25 fee. I don't care about the $25, what bothers me is the feeling like you're being wriped off or taken advantage of. We called and voiced our concerns with respect to try and have an understanding. Dee and the manager were incredibly rude. It's as though they forgot their in the customer service business. If you can rent from another place, save yourself the headache.

  1/30/2026. i reserved a pickup truck on 1/19/2026 i get to the facility and there’s no pickup truck. also the manager that was onsite seemed very rude and moody. His customer service skills are not up to par. And as much as he was moving around he may need to be drugged tested North lauderdale location has no cars available and this guy was very rude
