Campbell Usmar took great care of me, he is very personable and pleasant. His knowledge base is excellent, he knows what he is doing and he is magical ✨️ I had a chaotic day and I didn't know if my car rental was going to work out, Campbell took his time and went above and beyond to assist me, making sure I had everything I needed. I will definitely be recommending ENTERPRISE to friends and family! Thank you Campbell !!!
- JPJoe PrexlSep 24, 20251.0Save yourself a lot of stress and mistreatment - Do not use Enterprise, much less this location!!! It seems like Enterprise does not mind that their branches treat their customers with lies, scamming and humiliation. The interim manager of this location (CJ) did not like that I was going to report his branch for him giving me a smaller vehicle than what I paid for. This unprofessional kid got excited and decided to not give me the car at all, despite already charging my credit card. This meant leaving me stranded on a Friday at 5pm, and it seemed like he enjoyed it. I immediately contacted Enterprise to have this solved by cust serv who told me that an area manager was going to call me ASAP. No one followed up. I opted for their competitors a mile away who treated me wonderful. Next week I called customer service to report this branch and have it investigated. I have now called 6 times and have filed 4 different escalation cases, each call I have been promised that an Enterprise Area Manager and even Corporate would call me back. No callback has occurred. Enterprise customer service team cannot understand why I have not been reached. Enterprise totally sucks, save yourself the hassle, maybe pay a buck more a day for your car but you will not have to deal with an incompetent company. Obviously Enterprises’ culture of mistreating its customers has trickled from the top, and CJ most likely thinks it is ok to treat folks this way. No one should be treated this way and that is why I am posting this review
