  Very knowledgeable helpful they don’t sell you bad tires great deals or things you don’t need they pretty much do your preventative maintenance care will go back in the future

  Called to see about getting a slow leaking tire repaired and was told they could take me in when I got there and they did! Fadel and Morgan were kind and professional and started right away! They were done in no time and I was so impressed with them! They will be my go to from now!

  I came in hopeful that the very clear 2 inch gash in my tire could be patched (knowing full well it wouldn’t be) but Fadel was so nice to explain what was needed and how quickly it would take to fix. I’ll definitely continue to come back here for anything else I need!

  I went in yesterday and was discussing purchasing new tires with Richard at the front desk, shortly after beginning this conversation the district manager (I believe his name is Ariel) came in and immediately pulled Richard to the shop in the middle of our conversation. Richard politely excused himself and went to speak with the district manager, however this is where it got extremely unpleasant. The district manager, Ariel, proceeded to then start yelling at, talking down to, cursing at, and belittling his employee. He did all of this right in front of the window where customers can see into the shop. So I had to stand there for about 20min listening to and seeing Ariel behave this way. It created a very unpleasant experience and I’m not exactly comfortable giving them my business when someone like that is appointed to a management role and that’s how they treat people. No one who creates a hostile work environment such as that should be in any form of a leadership role. I was impressed with how Richard held his composure and then came back to the front desk and continued to help me as if nothing happened. The only reason this shop is even getting one star from me instead of zero is because of how professional Richard behaved, that manager’s behavior made me want to run out of the shop immediately.

  Got my starter replaced the first week of January. I guess there was a fluke it went out again less than a month later I had it towed back to the shop. Morgan was quick to help out and get us in it was fixed withing a couple hours. When I went to pick it up Fadel was quick to jump in and get us taken care of so we didnt have to wait around . The guys were nice enough to tell us about some other issues that would cause some issues in the future and refer me to a shop that specializes in that stuff.
