They are well trained tire technicians, I would rather get correct information from them, then trust my safety on some high school kid who really doesn't care about your needs. And they are not really that more expensive, you get what you pay for, pay really cheap those tire will not last. I wouldn't go any where else, they will treat you right.

They had the exact tire in stock for a very reasonable rate. I waited less than an hour from start to finish! The gentleman in the office and the technician were both polite and very communicative throughout the process. We were all very surprised to find a whole pocket knife inside my tire! Thank you for being kind and helpful during a stressful situation.

Stopped in here because I was feeling my van had major hidden issues the dealership was hiding and was not fixing for 2 months. I was concerned about the safety of driving it. They made me an appointment for the next day. Being a woman without much mechanic knowledge, we are always concerned with being taken advantage of or treated like we have no clue about vehicles. They actually listened to my concerns, even my opinion on what to look for. They found 3 major issues, and physically showed me each one so I could see exactly what they were finding. There was no telling me I need this or that to inflate the work on unnecessary things. No pressure to make an appointment immediately, and even a friendly "just be careful driving" until it is fixed. I have now found my new trusted mechanic shop!
