I was then greeted by Jermaine who was beyond helpful through the whole process. He filled my tires and even assisted in the tail light replacement. Dominic replaced my light and was very knowledgeable on how to get it done correctly and quickly. Jermaine and Dominic are great at what they do. This team and location want the best for you and will make you feel comfortable asking for the help you need. Thank you all again.

- CEChris EvansOct 27, 20254.0Last Thursday (10/23/25) I went to tire kingdom in North Fort Myers and got new brakes on my truck. Quick fast and efficient service but then uh oh. Major issues on my truck. Bad bad shaking and driving issues the next day. I called them and they took my truck back in Saturday morning. Turns out I also needed a new caliper and both rear wheel bearings. The guys at tire kingdom stepped up and took responsibility for missing those items during my initial break install and basically had to keep my truck all weekend to fix it. Not only did they fix all the issues but they cut my cost on labor significantly. I admit I was totally frustrated with the time it took but I’m very pleased they were honest about missing the other issues and helped me out severely with the labor and parts cost. It’s not every day you find truly honest mechanics but they do exist at Tire Kingdom on Pondella Ave in North Fort Myers. Thank you Rich, Fedal, and the mechanic which I didn’t get his name. I just made my morning 1-1/2 commute to Parish FL from North Fort Myers and my truck runs smooth with no vibration or road noise issues. I’ll be back soon for some more general maintenance work.
