One of the employees was openly yelling at another customer in the store, which was unprofessional and unnecessary. After that, she attempted to involve my husband in explaining the situation and gossiping about the interaction, which made him visibly uncomfortable. We were simply there to get help, not to be dragged into store drama. To make matters worse, she gave us the wrong part for our vehicle, which we now have to exchange at a different AutoZone just to avoid dealing with her attitude again. Employees should be focused on customer service and vehicle knowledge, not arguing with customers or oversharing personal conflicts in the middle of the store. This experience was disappointing and not what we expect from a professional auto parts retailer.
