He did a test on my truck to see what was going on because I keep having problems with my mass air flow sensor and he took his time to explain everything to me and he figured out if was the intake hose that was actually bad so I was able to get the right part and even helped save me money at the same time! I really appreciate his honesty and taking his time to dumb it all down for this girl who hardly knows vehicles! I Always have a great experience at this location compared to others in the past! So today I tried to call off 2 different phone numbers three times to get ahold of anyone at the store. First time I called I asked for spark plugs and the guy replied something I couldn’t understand so I said “I’m sorry I can’t understand what you’re saying” and he said “okay” and hung the phone up. So I called back and Ryan answered and put me on hold for 5 minutes then hung up on me. Then I called again and got hung up on AGAIN without anyone ever answering. Not even a month ago I dealt with some employee there fighting with a customer threatening him and screaming at him in front of my children. Thank goodness O’reilly’s opened right up the road because this store specifically hires unprofessional employees.
