  Came in with nails in multiple tires and my spare on after a flat. I needed new tires and to have the others checked. Even though they were fully booked and running behind, they still found a way to work me into the schedule. Thank you for the outstanding service and the help when I really needed it!

  Superb experience. All the staff were friendly and helpful and went the extra mile to get my car fixed in a timely manner and with integrity. The mechanics were honest and did not upsell unnecessary parts and explained the issues going on with my car. They took the time and care to make sure I was well informed. Special thanks to Alex and Tori for getting my car back up and running. Highly recommend.

  Tire Kingdom has earned a customer for life with our family. Took it in 2 weeks ago to have a decent amount of work done. A few days later the check engine light came back on… I brought it back in and they looked at it again…. they said everything looked fine it was just the last error that was never cleared. Fast forward to today… my car won’t start. I called Tire Kingdom and explained the situation and they actually sent 2 mechanics to my house to take a look at it! They jumped my car and offered to replace the battery at no cost. Amazing customer service. Cannot recommend them enough!!!

  I had an excellent experience at Tire Kingdom. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and very efficient. They diagnosed the issue quickly and gave me a fair price for the work. I appreciate how transparent they were throughout the whole process—no pressure, no surprises, just great customer service. I will definitely come back for future maintenance and tire needs.

  I had brakes done at this location. When driving away, I noticed the car was pulling to the right...It wasn't out of alignment when I brought it in. At my next oil change appt, I had a front end alignment done also. When I left the business, it was still pulling to the right. I brought it back and let them know. A manager took it for a ride with me in the passenger seat. He said he didn't notice anything. I told him to take his hands off the wheel...he said you're not supposed to do that (no kidding). He reiterated that there wasn't anything wrong with the alignment but suggested that there was probably something wrong with the tires. Still every time you take your hands off the wheel the car will steer directly off the right side of the road. The next time I went in for an oil change and to have the tires rotated. Upon leaving, one of the tires in the rear was vibrating badly and the steering was still pulling in the same direction. They re balanced the tires in back...when I left...still the same vibration in the rear and still pulling to the right. This week I took my car to my regular mechanic and had him put new tires on. He said the front end was way out of alignment and no weights on the back tire that was vibrating. I'm all done with this business...not sure if they're incompetent or deliberately creating problems that I need to have fixed.
