  Says it's open 24 hours right now it's 1:38 a.m. I'm getting fuel wanted to get something to drink and it's closed no signs with hours or anything but yet somebody's inside and it says it's open 24 hours, I would stay away

  Doors are locked at 5:00 p.m. on a Saturday you have to go up to a window and tell the guy to grab your stuff for you probably will never come back again

  Best racetrack around. Definitely our favorite local gas station. Easy to enter and exit, always parking available. The clerk's at this location along with the manager are very friendly. The prices inside the store are always reasonable, and the gas is never overpriced. My only complaint is it is hard to see if you are travelling northbound. But apart from that it is by far the best local gas station if you live in Nokomis.

  Let me start by saying a am I loyal RaceTrac fan. I'll drive miles past other stations to go to one. Racetrac gas prices are usually tied for best in the area, usually clean and friendly, good snack options, not to mention the free items. I have the RaceTrac app on my phone. That being said I want to share with everyone what a hideous and disgusting place this location has become lately. On this past Saturday after a nice stress free day at the beach I stopped by to use the rest room and purchase a fountain drink. An employee Tyler was in the bathroom for 20 minutes killing time, and I did get frustrated holding it, burning and doing the pee pee dance. Finally after jingling the door handle a few times with no response I asked a staff member if it was just locked or if he knew if someone was inside. He informed that I would be waiting a while and that it was a staff member and he goes in there for long periods commonly. After a few more minutes I had enough. I realized the guy is just hanging out in the bathroom to get away from working. I'm not even going to say what I think he was really doing in there. Disgusting to do that at work, especially when people are waiting for the bathroom. Once I started banging on the door and told him to get out of there he came out within 30 seconds and avoided looking at me. After I used the rest room I attempted to speak to a manager. Her name might have been Kim. She told me I needed to leave. Something about my comment about having to pee in the trash can if he didn't come out soon offended her I guess (which wasn't said to her anyway). She had no care or interest in fixing the problem and when I told her what was going on she said I was inappropriate to say that. She doesn't belong being a manager if she will not properly handle a customer complaint or even look into the matter. So I asked for her supervisors contact info and she gave me a number to take a survey. I called it. She tried to trick me and I called her out on it when I went back in for her supervisors info. She gave me the store GM and store number but I'm going to the regional office with this. This manager and the bathroom hog need to be fired. Or put him in another racetrac with multiple bathroom stalls where he can hang out while others shop and use the customer bathroom. I have friendly relationships with staff at several stores and cities. But I won't set foot in this location again until the staff in this one completely flips. I hope I can be a part of that. This used to be a nice clean friendly place and should be again.
