  Pretty rude. Wouldn’t wash my factory standard gwagon without saying they wouldn’t be responsible if it scratched it unprompted

  The prices went up again but I bought the $24 car wash anyway in order to get the tire shine. After the wash, I took my floor mats to the mat wash area only to discover the mat wash had been discontinued. I returned to my car just a little upset but continue cleaning my car. I vaccumed one side and proceeded to the other side only to find the vaccum hose broken. I held it together long enough to get a décent vaccum but it wasn't great. Then, I noticed my tires did not have any tire shine on them. When I talked to the women in charge, she informed me the tire shine was broken. I said" why was I charged for a tire shine when its broken. She said it was for the soap. So, I said "so I'm just screwed when it comes to the tire shine? She replied "pretty much so". I'm really upset now and I will never go there again.

  Used the one near Plew. I paid for the upgrade with tire shine. All seemed great until I looked at my tires. Zero tire shine other than one tire with a glob of oil dripping down the tire, above the wheel well and rim. I asked a young man if there was an issue with tire shine. He stated " It's not working right now." I mentioned the one glob of dripping oil and he stated " It's leaking so they told us not to put the chemical in." So why wasn't there any notice that it wasn't working before allowing me to pay 24.00 instead of 16.00 for the wash. Very shady business practice to not provide notification of non working components to paying customers.

  I have not personally used the services at this location, so I can’t comment on the quality of their car wash. However, I live nearby and frequently walk along the sidewalk and playground area on the north side of James Plew Elementary School, and I’ve consistently noticed a significant amount of trash that appears to originate from this business. Many of the discarded items clearly have “Take 5” branding on them. While it’s possible that some of the litter comes from customers, it ultimately reflects on the business. The trash regularly makes its way onto the sidewalk and near areas where children play, which is disappointing to see in our community. I would strongly encourage management to take greater responsibility for keeping the surrounding area clean — including areas just beyond their immediate property. Perhaps transitioning to electronic or email receipts instead of paper could also help reduce the amount of waste blowing into neighboring areas. I’d absolutely be willing to amend this review if noticeable efforts are made to keep the surrounding sidewalks and playground cleaner. Niceville is a great community, and we should all take pride in keeping it that way.
