  GO HERE!! THIS IS THE RIGHT PLACE!! Go!! Girls, you’re safe here!!! 💓🙌 Ladies, THIS is the RIGHT PLACE!! This place brings INTEGRITY!! Honesty! And excellent communication!! No up-charging for unnecessary work, maintenance or repairs!! Just what is truly needed!! I can’t even begin to express how amazing my experience was! Being a woman can be so intimidating walking into a mechanic shop! But!! “Hayden” calmed every nerve I had & gave me the confidence I needed to trust they had my best interest!! She was such a breath of fresh air! What a gem! She made sure I only paid for what was truly needed & not a single cent more!! What a relief!! And just when I thought it couldn’t get better… “Dallas”assured me even more with what was going on with my car & even double checked some lil things I was concerned about before leaving!! If I could give this place 10 stars I would!! I’ll definitely be going back!!

  This is a new place in Niceville and the husband really liked them, so I took my truck for an oil change. Dallas was awesome and I felt like he was taking care of me like he would his mother. They didn't try to upsell me on other services, a personal pet peeve of mine. He made sure I knew exactly what he was doing. He also diagnosed a possible oil leak and recommended I take it to the dealer as it was possible still under warranty. I appreciated that honesty. I will definitely be using them from now on.

  Made an appointment for 11am for an alignment, got there early. Called me 2 hours later saying that I’ll need a front tire because there’s separation and a “bubble” on the inside. I told them no and then they said I can come pick up my car. I get there turns out they didn't do the alignment because of the “bubble”. Little did they know we just switched the tires the other day. The computer alignment doesn’t even connect to the tire, it connects to the rim. If you didn’t have time for me or wanted to get more money out of me then just say that! Is it because I’m a woman? I decided to give them the benefit of the doubt, went home and took the tire off and the tire was fine! Just a slight bent in the rim. Wasted my time. Should’ve known just to go to Kellers in Fort Walton… they’re cheaper and not with the bs. This is the second time being screwed by them, the last time I needed a valve stem replaced because it was leaking. They took my censored valve stem and replaced it with one without. They didn’t even tell me! Also took 2 hours. Should’ve never even went the second time. Trifling.

  After a bad experience at the Freeport location, I decided to give this location a try. I had an outstanding experience at Express Oil Change & Tire Engineers in Niceville thanks to Daniel. The tires I originally wanted weren’t in stock, but instead of just turning me away, he found me an even better set at a great price. What really set him apart was his level of service, he even offered to pick up my car from my house, complete the work, and return it to me. That kind of convenience and customer care is rare these days. Most importantly, he made me feel like a customer should, valued and appreciated. Daniel truly went above and beyond, and because of him, I’ll definitely continue to be a customer. If you need service, Ask for Daniel! I highly recommend this location.
