  this location is my go-to. they have lots of vacuuming stations. i’ve never had any issues here and the staff are great and professional.

  Worse car wash company ever! Always out of towels to wipe car down especially the leftover soap that remains on the car that is never removed after going through the automatic wash. Employee told me they have been waiting over 3 weeks for the washer to be fixed. Really?? You offer automated car wash facilities and no towels?? Your car only gets half clean. I'm canceling my membership. Totally not worth it and terribly run company. Go to Ottos. More expensive but they get your car clean and Always have towels!

  This car wash is the best in the city! My car is super clean after it and it’s a fast process. Unlike other car washes this one really gets all the dirt out. Brandon is THE BEST he helped me position the car, and gave me car fresheners for the road. Highly recommend!

  I had an outstanding experience at your 5 Star Car Wash at 4567 Highway 20 in Niceville Florida today. I was experiencing difficulty signing up for your monthly car wash program on line at home… your web site advised me to go to the local car wash and sign up there. I did that and your employees ran into the exact same difficulties that I experienced at home. Undeterred by web site issues your fine employees Brandon and Ryan teamed up and persevered in pursuit of a solution to the problem. They cheerfully spent a long and generous amount of time helping me get signed up. Despite encountering numerous obstacles and dead ends in their attempts to help me they never gave up in their very polite, professional and proficient pursuit of success. Their hard work paid off and I was able to get established as a customer in your system. I don’t doubt that lesser motivated employees might have advised me to just go home and try again later but these gentlemen refused to be deterred. It is noteworthy that in spite of spending a lot of time on my problem they managed to continue serving all your other customers with no delays or compromise in the quality of their service. You’re very fortunate to have such dedicated and fine gentlemen employed on your team. I hope you will find an opportunity to recognize and reward them for their superb performance.
