  I've tried for many many months to stop and membership that was supposed to end more than 19 months ago. I've called to cancel several times. I've spoken to a live person twice. I've used the website functions several times. Yet here I am - still being charged for a membership that I'm not using. I really want all of the months reimbursed to me. How many more ways do I need to ask for my money back?

  I have not personally used the services at this location, so I can’t comment on the quality of their car wash. However, I live nearby and frequently walk along the sidewalk and playground area on the north side of James Plew Elementary School, and I’ve consistently noticed a significant amount of trash that appears to originate from this business. Many of the discarded items clearly have “Take 5” branding on them. While it’s possible that some of the litter comes from customers, it ultimately reflects on the business. The trash regularly makes its way onto the sidewalk and near areas where children play, which is disappointing to see in our community. I would strongly encourage management to take greater responsibility for keeping the surrounding area clean — including areas just beyond their immediate property. Perhaps transitioning to electronic or email receipts instead of paper could also help reduce the amount of waste blowing into neighboring areas. I’d absolutely be willing to amend this review if noticeable efforts are made to keep the surrounding sidewalks and playground cleaner. Niceville is a great community, and we should all take pride in keeping it that way.

  I have been to both of the take five car wash facilities in Niceville. Both facilities have staff that are very professional and friendly. The price is great and my truck leaves sparkling every time. Thank you to Jordan for the great customer service. Thanks too this business we're taking care of the military.

  Jordan is the best ever she should be the manager of the store she helps me out every time I come here very very good employee I think she's an asset to your company and makes you person a customer feel special for somehow she remembers my name just a blessing and that's all I got to say about that just an awesome lady and if you're not paying her like 25 $30 an hour you probably should pay her more someone's going to steal her

  This car wash never disappoints. The membership is a still at just like $35 a month and you get unlimited washes. The machines are new and leave your car with a straight out the lot shine. The staff but especially Jordan was very helpful and suggesting I enroll in the membership. High recommend.
