Best car wash around! The vacuums are so strong; so moms with wrecked cars from your small kids, go here!

Excellent service! Skyler was very kind and professional, explained everything clearly, and Jordan greeted us with a great smile. It’s always nice to visit a place with such friendly and positive people. Highly recommended!

This place is terrible: absolutely terrible. They have ZERO pride in this facility nor the maintenance of the washing amenities that they "offer". To say that this business is poorly managed, would be a compliment. Absolutely terrible. The vacuums have the suction of nothing and the high-pressure air nozzles have a zero psi. Absolutely terrible. You would be better off driving by a Walmart on a Saturday and having a middle school band member wash your car with dirty rags and no soap. Absolutely pathetic the way this place is managed and maintained.

This location specifically has a poor track record. I have 4 cars and wash them weekly. The people are good, but the maintenance of the equipment and the lackluster service is a top-down issue from what I can see. Here are some specifics I’ve seen in the last year: Not opening on time, but watching the employee walk back from the Murphy gas station across the street with an energy drink and a bag of snacks—this is probably due to a coworker not showing up for their shift on time and needing them to help open. Two of three spinning cloths on the left side do not work. The dryers do not work properly (they haven’t done a good job since about a month after opening under the Take 5 banner. The vacuums are hit or miss. BL: the owners need to invest in maintenance and inject some morale. The Bluewater location has it figured out. If you have a choice, go there

I had a very disappointing experience at this location. While the facility looks great, the service doesn’t match what’s advertised or what customers pay for. I purchased the upgraded wash specifically because it included tire shine — the only reason I chose that package — but received none. After drying my car, I politely approached an attendant, who brought over the site manager, Skyler. She informed me that they knew the tire shine wasn’t working and offered only a rewash or a trip to the Bluewater Bay location. She also stated very robotically that refunds were not available nor vouchers for another wash in the future. So the customer is mislead, spends more money and then must drive to another location because of this false advertisement… It’s unacceptable to knowingly advertise and charge for a service that’s not being provided. When I suggested placing a sign at the kiosk to inform customers of the issue, she had no response. I wasn’t rude or confrontational — just trying to provide feedback as a paying customer — but left feeling completely dismissed. It’s beyond me that you can look someone straight in the eyes and know they got screwed but do nothing about it. If this is how Take 5 operates, it’s misleading and unfair to customers who expect honesty and value for their money.
