Tim did ask about wipers blades (will change myself and yes they are due) and type of oil based on mileage, I did not feel overly pressured. I chose what I wanted, got the discount without reminder and would go back.

They treated customers well and handled their responsibilities with confidence and care even while it was extremely busy.The issue is Tim, the manager, who was completely unprofessional and unfit for a leadership role. The way he spoke to and treated his employees was disrespectful, demeaning, and uncomfortable to witness as a customer. He talked down to staff, showed no appreciation for their efforts, and created a tense, negative environment. A manager sets the tone for the workplace, and Tim’s behavior reflects poor leadership, lack of respect, and an inability to manage people properly. Despite the management issues, I will continue coming back because employees like the ones who helped me today make the experience truly exceptional.
