  I woke up to a flat tire Friday morning due to a valve stem leak. I brought the truck in without an appointment, and it was fixed quickly. Great service!

  Conner is literally the best, I was extremely stressed and overwhelmed with no options whatsoever. Conner went out of his way to fully calm down me and my fiancé and fix our car top to bottom. He got us out of there and made us whole faster that I could have ever imagined. Thank you Conner from the tire kingdom.

  Despite making an appointment for 2 o’clock, it was nearly 3 o’clock when they pulled my car in for a small screw in my tire. I was told the tire needed replacement because the screw had punctured the shoulder of my virtually new tire. The screw was clearly an inch inboard from the shoulder. The upsell was strong and unwarranted. I would not recommend using this business to my worst enemy. Period. I removed the half inch flow screw myself and barely 1/16 of an inch had gone through the tire. Within 10 minutes I had it repaired myself. One star rating is too much dishonest business practices.

  While on vacation in NSB I got a flat tire because of a screw. I called the store, they quickly found me in the system from my local store, and scheduled an appointment for the same day, since I was leaving first thing the next morning. I got there early and they took the car in immediately. The repair was done quickly and correctly. Everyone I dealt with was courteous and professional. Great service and customer service!
