  I'm a long term repeat customer. Went in today to order / purchase a new Tahoe. Kyleigh Johnson (sales associate) and Mario Cervi (sales mgr.) found the vehicle I liked and assisted with everything. They are very knowledgeable, professional, and easy to work with. That is why I continue to travel from Titusville to NSB Chevy.

  While on vacation in Florida from New York State, I experienced the dreaded transmission fluid leak on my 2025 Equinox RS. Called New Smyrna Chevy on Friday March 20th and explained my problem. The said to bring it in. I was met by service advisor Don Wickham. He immediately wrote up my order, explained the need for an alignment and filter replacements. He got my vehicle in quickly for diagnostics checks and offered a free shuttle back to my condo. Don later called and advised me of the repair that needed to be done which would carry over thru the weekend and into the next week while making arrangements for a loaner vehicle. Tuesday morning Don called me to say the vehicle repairs had been completed. It was very comforting to work with Don, a service rep who took the time to accommodate my needs and situation. New Smyrna Chevy dealership is very professional and would not hesitate to take it back for any future service needs. Thank you New Smyrna Chevy.

  I went to look at a specific truck I saw online. The only issue I had was one of the incentives I was not able to get because of a membership date. It was a$1250 incentive. This put me slightly over what I wanted to pay. It would have been nice to have the salesman at least try to work the numbers a different way or give that amount in a credit towards Chevrolet accessories.

  My service advisor, Joe, got me in for my appointment on a Saturday morning at 9 am and got everything done for my 30k scheduled maintenance and had me out the door by noon. The shop is really clean. The staff is very friendly, and they explained everything they were proposing for my service visit. The waiting area is very clean, and the guest wifi actually works! I am very happy with my experience at New Smyrna Beach Chevrolet and will use them as my go to dealer to service my vehicle. I highly recommend.
