Then they REFUSED to even look at my vehicle. The entire issue was the radiator cap. They wouldn't even take it off. They lied to their bosses saying that the cap was somehow compromised and that they couldn't even check it. The next day, I checked the radiator cap. It screwed on just fine and screwed up just fine. It was a bad cap though. That was the entire issue. These fools are incompetent enough that they can't even fix a radiator cap. And they have a major attitude problem. Please fire these old men who are not even polite to people. That's absolutely insane that they would even still be working there.
