- BSBen S1 day ago2.0Sat Nov 22 3pm The younger guy repairing the vehicles was polite, the 2 older guys working seemed really angry when I walked in. Visibly upset they had to help a customer. I brought in my 2007 town and country for an overheating issue. They told me the problem could be a slew of different things and told me they wouldn't do any type of actual diagnosis OR repair due to the radiator cap being compromised. It really seemed like a dishonest way to go about things because they claim to a diagnose for free. However they claimed they couldn't even take off the radiator cap or work on my vehicle, at all. Like i said the younger guy was at least polite but to refuse someone service? Why? You can't fix a radiator cap? Really bizarre honestly.

While I was there, some of the men that work there started talking about how women were useless and how dogs were better because you can chain dogs up. Women were only good for some adult conversation and making hot meals. They were also making fun of a male customer who didn't buy a set of more expensive tires because his wife would be upset and that he should man up. It went on. I can take locker room talk, but at a place of business where a woman was in plane sight, I was taken back. When I came up to ask for my keys back, they told me that they had a sense of humor, implying I don't. I won't be back.
