  Exceptional customer service! I needed a last-minute tire rotation done on my car before I allowed my daughter to borrow my car for a trip to Orlando with all of her girlfriends. I had been meaning to get it done for a while because my front tires are almost completely bald. I could not allow my daughter to drive my car that far with those front tires and feel like she would be safe. I showed up at 5:30pm when they close at 6pm. (hated customer for any business) They took care of it quickly and were very kind and courteous, considering the last minute appointment. I would definitely recommend them and will be returning to have them replace all 4 tires very soon! They quite possibly saved seven young girls lives!! Thank you to the guys at Tire Choice Auto Service!

  here from out of state and ran over something that punctured my tire.they got me right in and repaired it .excellent experience. then next week my battery died.called them and got it replaced. very reasonable price very good service 👍

  I was on Vacation and had a screw in the tire of my rental car, the staff were fantastic! They got me in right away and fixed the tire, no charge. I highly recommend Tire Choice Auto Service in New Smyrna.

  We asked the shop to replace the lug nuts with some black onrs we got with the car which we bought used The crew caught the fact that the lug nuts were not an exact fit and the supervisor said he was not comfortable installing them. I told him to go back to the OEM lug nuts. When removing the black lug nuts, the keyed lug nut broke! There was no charge and I am thankful they caught this. It might have resulted in a disaster if they had not caught this.

  I went in to get 2 rear tires replaced, I had accident 3 years ago it was on right front side , for years I've been saying something was wrong on that right side , it's not lining up proper so they took time on doing my wheel alignment and found out there's possibly sub frame is bent and didn't charge me for the wheel alignment they couldn't do it , there was no change for wheel alignment , they're honesty is why today I'm getting a new subframe put on my Dodge charger RT 2021 , shame on the shops that would not be honest with me when they couldn't actually perform a wheel alignment on my right side. It's been 3 years they're now looking into it and replacing it.all because one shop honesty , thank you all it very appreciate it and I do recommend this shop. They sell tires they're doing wheel alignments and they also do car repairs and truck repairs.
