  If anyone is considering purchasing a new or used car at New Smyrna Chevrolet I would highly recommend asking for and working with sales rep Damien and sales manager Mario. Both sales professionals were absolutely first class to work with and their customer service was outstanding from the initial handshake. Both were courteous of my time and didn’t play any of the back and forth car sales games some are afraid to deal with. I would absolutely purchase again from them. The dealership has a great welcoming atmosphere.

  Bought a used 2018 BMW 540i with 39k miles, babied and car fax to show. Great price and the commitment to quality truly showed. Bought the extended warranty, which is always good with a used car. 20 days later, AC stopped working. Texted Jacob, in service, and no wait, brought it in. They looked at it, saw it had a freon leak, refilled with dye, which is 1st step of diagnostic. All at NO CHARGE. Was told to drive it off to circulate the dye. Also recommended great advice of covered warranty down the road. Can't give enough praise for the honest, professional detail to service. Highly recommend buying and servicing your next car here

  I recently bought a 2021 Chevy Equinox and was very happy with the service Kenny Creech and the finance guy Serge were great! They got me into the vehicle despite my financial situation and got me a great deal. I highly recommend them I look forward to doing business with them again.

  My service advisor (Jeff) went out of his way to help me get my car repaired. He also worked with the warranty company and did everything to make that happen. He was terrific! Also, your customer service representative (Bella), was a huge help. I had some problems getting my rental car since my car had to stay overnight with you. Bella really went out of her way to help me get that sorted out. If it wasn't for her, I would have never been able to get a rental car. The entire team at New Smyrna Chevrolet does an amazing job! Thank you!

  We had an excellent experience purchasing our 2026 Z71 Tahoe at New Smyna Chevrolet. Our sales person was Jacob Mielech. We would happily seek him out to do business again. We had looked at many dealerships trying to find exactly the Tahoe we wanted. I found one at New Smyrna, reached out late in the evening, and Jacob responded first thing in the morning. He confirmed the Tahoe was on site, and when we pulled on to the lot, he had the car out front. He met us upon arrival and spent lots of time going thru it with us. We took it for a test drive, and Jacob explained all of the features in detail. He was very knowledgeable about the SUV. After the test drive, we are the ones that actually had to ask him if we could go inside to discuss numbers. Jacob was so calm, cool, and collected. There was zero pressure, yet he was motivated about his job, and again, so knowledgeable. In the end, we drove home in the exact rig we were looking for with a very fair deal. I love the calm no pressure approach. It totally worked for us, and I highly recommend doing business here!
