- NBNoah Bigman4 days ago1.0Dropped my car off at 0830 today and came back at 2:15 to find my car in the lot. I figured they done, however it hadn't been started. All I wanted was a oil change and tire rotation. Pretty simple. I said if you want to check the codes and have someone look at them, No problem, that would be cool. She then proceeded to tell me that my extended warranty will probably not cover the diagnostic fee so I will have to pay an additional $299. I said OK just do the oil change and we can worry about the codes a different day, Truck is running fine anyways. Update, just got a call from the service manager who told me There is a three week waitlist for cars to go into her shop But she was going to have the mechanics take my car right back now. Funny thing is, I left a half hour ago to pick up my kids from school Glad business is booming for you all, here’s one customer that will not be returning!!!! Just one more reason why to never use the dealership!!!

They answer all of your questions, they are friendly, they explain everything in great detail, they provide a realistic expectation on wait times, they even offer a complementary shuttle so you don’t have to hang out and wait for your vehicle to be serviced. Working with kitty and the team has always been a pleasure and whenever I’m ready for a new Chevy it will be purchased at this dealership because I know how they treat their customers, and the vehicle they’ve been serving wasn’t even purchased there!

Because he recently bought all 4 tires from them he is supposed to get free tire rotation for the life of the tires. He asked for the tire rotation but this didn't happen. The reason he knew was because one of the tires has low pressure, the exact same tire still had low pressure proving the tire wasn't rotated. This place treats customers like idiots and just tries to rip people off the highly inflated prices. He bought his truck from this dealership but loyalty is not valued at this chevy dealership. Won't be returning. Do yourself a favor and avoid, avoid, avoid.
