  Pick up and return were handled efficiently and professionally by Briana with a big smile. Car was clean and in excellent condition. Would certainly recommend and use again.

  Their own customer service agent verified that there were vehicles available, but as soon as I show up to this location to get the vehicle that they reserved for me they don’t have any? That’s interesting…area manager was apparently supposed to call me as well, but never did I guess this company and business doesn’t want anyone’s business…don’t go here there are MANY better places 100%

  I wanted to give 2 stars but didn’t want to be mean. I like to believe the best in people and that even when you don’t get the best customer service, the employees may be doing the best they can at that time. However, sending out dirty cars inside and out doesn’t project pride in their work nor represent Enterprise well. Should I expect a smile, eye contact or pleasantries when I go into a retail place? I do expect that, but did not get that here. I rented a car at the New Smyrna Beach Enterprise rental car location. The windows on my rental car were dirty on the inside and out. So much so, that I had trouble seeing through the windshield, side view mirrors and side windows especially In the bright sunlight. See pics. The customer waiting area has a black rug covered in what appears to be dog hair - a LOT of dog , and doesn’t look like it’s been vacuumed in a long time. I felt “ew”. Not an appealing place to wait. Staff was not friendly. There were only two people working plus a gentleman who had appeared was driving cars to airports and collision centers, etc. They seem to be short-staffed and maybe burned out. When you’re chronically short staffed, you do you get burned out. I rented a Cadillac since that’s what I normally drive I am handicapped. I was told I would get a Cadillac, but they did not have one available so I got a Mustang convertible, which was beautiful but dirty. They said they should have an Cadillac in that evening and I could come and exchange cars The following day and told me to come in between 11 AM and 12 PM. Because I have a paralyzed left wrist, hand and fingers, I couldn’t even reach the seatbelt to put it on. I was at a collision center and, of course, the Enterprise guy was gone by the time I realized this. The following day, I came in at noon and waited 45 min for the car (also not a Cadillac). They need Customer Service training, and someone to clean the office and detail the cars better. All of this may be short-staffed and/or burnt-out.
