I was very diligent and was backing up another manager that just had a baby and he was very professional and I couldn’t believe his expectations how he was running that company by himself was very professional and helpful with my issue with my truck, he got me into a vehicle. I was very good on gas and it worked out and he post dated the week just in case I needed it longer so I get the weekly rate. It was very helpful Dan the manager. They also have a dropbox at their location if they’re closed, which was very convenient. And even called me back and let me know all the details about my card…Five ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I booked a mini van for a trip across the country for my family that has a 1 yr old and 9yr old. Confirmed that I would be there that morning. Got there and there was not one available at all. So they were calling around looking for one and told that another local enterprise will be sending one over. There was also another woman waiting for the same van. After an hour of waiting they sent us a half hour away to another one was told they would have one for us there. Got there and they had people waiting and of course no mini vans. Waited until 1pm. Our pick up time was 9. I was never so mad and my kids were out of their minds the whole trip because of not leaving at the best time. So disappointing
- TFTiana FranciscaDec 3, 20255.0DAN‼️DAN‼️ DAN‼️ Enterprise finally got it right with DAN….. so we had a nightmare of and issue caused by another location and went to the NEW Smyrna location and met DAN‼️ He goes above and beyond for his customers. Every time I went to the new Smyrna Beach location it always seems very busy but Dan’s Professionalism has a way of making you feel important. He definitely rolls out the red carpet for you and if there is a way he will find it. He gives you that Chick-fil-A experience. I’m so thankful for his help working with him is extremely easy. We will follow Dan wherever he goes Because at least you’ll have a piece of mind, knowing that you will be taken care of and have great service.
