  Since yesterday I have been trying to get my girl's car out of their tow yard, and we have been misinformed MULTIPLE times between yesterday and today. At first we were told that only her license would be needed to get the car, and after driving over an hour to their yard they told us that we couldn't take the car because they needed more than just the license. We then asked how much would it be to tow it back to our residence and they gave us a price, but after we were ready to pay they then added an extra $550 in fees and charges that were not explained in person the first time nor over the phone. After it got too late we decided to have someone else come pick up the car the following day, and tow it, which we were told AGAIN that the only thing they needed was her license showing that she came to the shop, and gave the approval for someone else to pick it up. When that person showed up they were told that she physically had to be there in order for the car to be towed out their yard. At this point we've been misinformed multiple times, they keep adding fees for every night they keep the car, and neither Christian, the man at the store misinforming us, nor the lady on the phone who claims to be the manager have wanted to take accountability. The lady also went out of her way to be rude and disrespectful while giving attitude over the phone just because she refused to take any accountability. Terrible company ran by terrible people absolutely no morals when you cant be accountable for your mistakes and keep your word.

  Tim did such a good job ! They were super fast and efficient. He had me laughing all the way to the shop. And then WENT OUT OF THE WAY TO BRING ME TO MY HOME! Truly a blessing of a man. Thank YOU SO MUCH ! -KASEY

  I would like to thank Bishops for their professionalism and quick response time. I needed to get my car towed and the dispatcher was very polite and quick to answer my questions. And assured me that they would be there quickly. They got my vehicle to the repair shop and able to make a difficult situation go smoothly. I would highly recommend them and Incredible staff. Thanks Jessi for all your help .

  Bishops is the best. I was broke down on Hwy 44 during a very busy time. Bishops got to me in 20 minutes. My driver Bob was awesome!!
