  Hit a raccoon and knocked out my ac condenser and radiator amongst other things. Called these guys after I replaced the parts and they took me in right away and got the ac charged. And did a wheel alignment and a few other non-related things. The price was fair and I was in and out quickly. I’ve been going there for years for the things I can’t do myself and it’s always been a good experience. While I was there many other people came through and they all left happy too.

  Bobby gave me excellent customer service. He explained to me what was wrong with my car without making me feel like I'm stupid.which I am very appreciative for. His patience was above all and I definitely.recommended coming to tuffys and speaking to Bobby as well. You won't be let down!

  I was just at Tuffy Tire on Little Road today and I couldn't be more pleased. Even though they were busy at the time, they got me in quickly. The guy I spoke to at the desk, Bobby, was extremely personable and knowledgeable. I was asking about a brake job and he knew exactly what I was talking about and what I needed. He asked questions and listened carefully when I told him my concerns. He knew what he was talking about which put me at ease. I looked into the work area and it appeared to be clean and well maintained. The mechanics seemed confident in what they were doing. The waiting area was clean and comfortable. The work was done to my satisfaction and was reasonably priced compared to others. I had been shopping around so I knew what to expect. Oh! I went ahead and had an oil change done because, well, why not? I was already happy with the service. Overall, I will be back again for all my regular maintenance and I would highly recommend them to family and friends.

  Very helpful I came in after work they instantly took me in fixed my car right up and were very kind and explained every detail to me I really appreciate the amazing work there doing!!
