  Very disappointed in your service. I made three trips three different days to repair two Flat tire tires. First day I asked to repair drivers front and back tire I saw a nail in the front tire and when I got up in the morning, the back tire was low. They said they fixed it second day. I got up the back passenger side tire was flat again went back to have it serviced and they said they couldn’t find anything in it. So the third day I get up and is totally flat I go back the third time three days in a row spending hours at your facility. This time act went in with the tire a flat. It said that it had 9 pounds in the tire. I told the guy I was upset for having to make so many trips three days hours and paid $69 and something cents to have a tire that was never fixed. I was two stars. The man was not polite to me. He argued with me on my car. I have a Buick a 2025 Buick that’s less than a year old. It shows me what tires that need fixing. I explained to him what they were on Monday the first day he said no that I did not that that they did fix a tow tires but they fix the driver side front and the passenger side back and that was not the case at all. I didn’t argue. I just left and I thought that you need to know that he was very rude to me and I feel like I was charged $69 and something cents for three work three days of my time going back to have a simple thing as tires repaired we have bought tires from you before and had service before the next time I see it it definitely will be looked at if I come again.

  Went into this location to purchase new tires. The manager (I believe his name was Devin) gave me a great price. There was a couple of hiccups with the lug nuts but he was able to run next door to the auto parts store for me and secure what was needed to get the job done. 10/10 would recommend!

  Went in and thought I needed front end parts...needed 2 tires and alignment. It was done in under an hour and great price... I definitely recommend

  I came in this location shortly after 1 on 3/5. Jose started to assist me with my Hertz voucher for wiper blades. He spent the time to enter my information. Another gentleman walked in and he said he would need a second to enter something in the computer so I sat down to have a seat. Shortly after assisting the other person, someone else came in and he helped them with a quote on their tires. After about 35 minutes of waiting I asked him how long it would be and he said “another 10 minutes I still have to enter it in”. Keep in mind these customers did not come in back to back and he was running around doing other things other than entering it during that time. Shortly after I sat back down someone had came in and he proceeded to help them. After waiting that quoted 10 minutes I simply walked out. I feel very disrespected that other customers were prioritized over me. All I needed was wiper blades..
