  Came in for standard oil change and replace both headlights. When I was ready to leave, the headlights were not on the invoice so I questioned it and the clerk, who was the same one I told prior that I needed replacement headlights, said he knew nothing about it. No problem, I wasn’t charged so no harm no foul. Same clerk called me about five minutes after I left the store and told me that his manager did replace one of the bulbs, but he couldn’t remember which one but since we weren’t Charged for it we were OK. Have a great day. I don’t have to tell you that neither one of the headlights were replaced so management lied, the clerk lied all over some headlights. If they can’t remember that small attention to detail, what else are they going to miss?

  Tuffy Tire & Auto on Little Rd in NPR is amazing! The people that work there are so nice. They got my vehicle in right away to fix a leaking valve stem. They finished the job very quickly and I was ready to go in no time! The facility was very clean. I highly recommend visiting this location for your tire needs. They have been dependable each time we’ve gone. Thank you!

  I was so happy to see that they were open and that I was able to make an appointment on a Sunday! They were so friendly and was able to change my rotors and breaks within 90 mins including getting the parts for my Kia soul. The waiting room was comfy and had water, a tv and a table. They kept mw in the loop and gave me a free estimate too. I would definitely go back in the future!

  0/5 — Extremely Disappointing Experience Our visit to Mavis/Tuffy’s was nothing short of frustrating. We came in simply to have a tire replaced, but when we picked up our vehicle, one of our hubcaps was missing. Since we were already down one, this left us with only two. A friend helped us replace one through a dealership connection, but the hubcap that went missing at Mavis was never properly handled. The staff offered to order a replacement, but communication was terrible — we never received a single update and had to call repeatedly to check on the status. When they finally ordered the hubcap, it turned out to be the wrong size. The lack of communication, follow-through, and attention to detail was incredibly disappointing. This process took 5 weeks total because of a lack of communication within the team there. I would not recommend this location to anyone who values professionalism or basic accountability.

  I am beyond thankful for the mechanics at Tuffy. Today of all days my van decided to break down in the road hours before I have to be at an afternoon wedding and then to an evening fundraiser gala to play violin at. My mind was trying to figure out plan B to be able to get to both events without a car. Well Tuffy worked a miracle and was able to fix the alternator and radiator within a few hours to get me my vehicle back to make my events. They immediately started on my van soon as it was off the tow truck. They also did what they could to help with the pricing as this was unexpected. As a single mom I appreciate the help they gave without knowing that detail. I can't begin to express how thankful I am for all your help and making sure I had a car to get to my gigs. God bless!!
