They told me a manager will review the video and if it shows the part falling out in the blower there’s nothing that can be done but they won’t be able to share the videos with me. This concerns me that I’ll have to take their word for whatever they say. I’m hoping they will change their minds on sharing the video and get this resolved honestly and fairly.

Pull in, the gate opens, and you’re through the wash in minutes. The vacuums are strong, the mat washer is a bonus, and everything is clean and well-kept.
