  Everyone was amazing. The manager took the time to help me when other shops wouldn’t even listen. They truly went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of. The customer service was outstanding, and I really appreciated how professional and attentive the entire team was. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone.

  I came in this location shortly after 1 on 3/5. Jose started to assist me with my Hertz voucher for wiper blades. He spent the time to enter my information. Another gentleman walked in and he said he would need a second to enter something in the computer so I sat down to have a seat. Shortly after assisting the other person, someone else came in and he helped them with a quote on their tires. After about 35 minutes of waiting I asked him how long it would be and he said “another 10 minutes I still have to enter it in”. Keep in mind these customers did not come in back to back and he was running around doing other things other than entering it during that time. Shortly after I sat back down someone had came in and he proceeded to help them. After waiting that quoted 10 minutes I simply walked out. I feel very disrespected that other customers were prioritized over me. All I needed was wiper blades..

  Jose and Dec are some of the best. Every-time we come in they treat us like family and the mechanics do a great job in a timely fashion. Highly recommend this location for your cara needs!!!

  Let me first explain that I rely on my car to make a living, and I popped my tire on the Friday of Super Bowl weekend, so I had plenty at stake. I not only was able to book an emergency appointment within the hour, when it was discovered that the sidewall was punctured, the assistant manager, Jose Ortiz, quickly contacted his supplier to ensure he could have the replacement there first thing in the morning. He even provided a less expensive option, and so I was able to have everything done for about $200. Needless to say, I am now going to permanently go to this location for all of my tire needs, and I thank Jose and his team once again for going above and beyond for me.
