  I took the car in for slow leak repair and while there decided to get an oil change. Was told when I dropped the car off at 1pm that it would be next and the other car was almost done. Thought this would be great we had some errands to run should be good. Called at 330 told it was being worked on. Called again at 430 told oil change was done and working on finishing the tire repair. Went to the shop around 5 figured it should be done. Got there to pay just mentioned that it took a long time when it was supposed to be next. I thought I had dropped it off at noon but the manager corrected me and said I dropped it off at 1. I said ok but it is still long time for being the next car. He went to check on the car slamming the door between the shop and sales floor. When he came back in it still needed oil filter and oil. And finish putting tire on car. I mentioned that I was told the oil change was done. The manager then said it was a crazy day and said “ we’re not fing magicians” . I said no one was expecting you to be a magician but 5 hours is a long time for being the next car. He walked out slamming door again. We finally left around 545. Won’t be back so no worries performing magic again.

  Highly recommend! My car broke down in the parking lot beside them. I called and spoke to John and explained that my car wouldn’t start, I went a bought a new battery, and still nothing. They went and got my car, repaired it, and I was able to drive out the same day. They were so kind and supportive!

  I went to this location to get a passenger window regulator repaired on my 2000 Dodge ram 3500 Roadtrek. I was quoted nearly $700 for Parts and service for a window regulator assembled. I took the estimate home and googled the part number and discovered it was $48 from Amazon. There is going to be a time when people will remember those who charged outrageous amounts for relatively inexpensive things. Needless to say, I paid him his $100 diagnostic fee and left. A 40 minute installation time and a $48 price.

  Excellent service. Another place told me I needed a radiator flush and the man who helped me here (I’m so sorry I can’t remember if his name was Joe or John) was completely upfront and honest with me. He took the time to show me the fluid test results and confirmed I did not in fact need a radiator flush at only 41,000 miles. He was transparent and super helpful. He easily could have tacked on that service and instead he was kind, upfront, and informative. Definitely making this my go to mechanic. Great experience!

  I’ve been looking for an excellent auto repair shop for a while, instead of the dealership. I found this Tire Choice & Auto shop & it’s great! I had the check engine light on & it turned out to be a fuel sensor that needed replacement. They advised me to have Auto Zone do a test & determine what was needed. Once diagnosed, I brought the determination from Auto Zone to John at Tire Choice & was going to schedule a time for them to fix it. John at Tire Choice reviewed the diagnostic report & suggested I purchase the part from Auto Zone. So, I went back to Auto Zone, got the part & found them to so helpful too. I called Tire Choice two days later. John scheduled me for the same day, a Saturday! I brought the part to John & they had it installed in 20 minutes & reset the idiot light. John was the most personable, knowledgeable, helpful & honest auto repair manager I’ve ever met! I intend to continue to bring my car there for servicing, & you should give it a try too!
