We came in simply to have a tire replaced, but when we picked up our vehicle, one of our hubcaps was missing. Since we were already down one, this left us with only two. A friend helped us replace one through a dealership connection, but the hubcap that went missing at Mavis was never properly handled. The staff offered to order a replacement, but communication was terrible — we never received a single update and had to call repeatedly to check on the status. When they finally ordered the hubcap, it turned out to be the wrong size. The lack of communication, follow-through, and attention to detail was incredibly disappointing. This process took 5 weeks total because of a lack of communication within the team there. I would not recommend this location to anyone who values professionalism or basic accountability.
