- SLSuzan LundMar 4, 20261.0If I could give this location zero stars I would. I showed up at 1052a today for my SCHEDULED 11am appointment for a $1200+ job on my car. I was told it would take 4-4.5 hours. I walked 2.4 miles each way to my Dad’s instead of sitting waiting. I planned being back within 4-4.5hrs so when they would call I would be back and perhaps wait another 30 min. I get there at 315pm and my car had not even been moved from where I parked it! Not even started on it or called me to let me know they were behind! Guy at the service desk couldn’t care less. ”Sorry, we’ve been busy we’ll get to it.” I made sure headquarters will be informed and they will receive a well deserved shitty google review. How about calling to update me that they were behind, ask if that would still work with my schedule, offer to reschedule and as a gesture give a discount showing that they take responsibility for messing up and care about their reputation and clients???? I have never received such poor customer service and pick a different location, not this one if you need service on your vehicle. 😡😡😡

I stopped by Mavis and a young man came over to talk to me. I asked if he wouldn't mind airing my tires as my light was on and I'm physically unable to do it myself. The young man was so nice to me that I wanted to express my Thanks in this post.The manager Tom has a good crew. Should I need any work done or tires in the future, the first place I will go to will be Mavis.

The shop itself is clean and well-maintained, which says a lot about how they run their business. The work has consistently been done right, and the pricing has always felt fair. I never feel pressured—just taken care of. Special shout out to Robert and Bob for always going above and beyond to make sure everything is handled properly. They truly do their best, and it shows. Highly recommend this location!

On top of that, they were extremely honest and explained I only needed a patch for my tire and not a complete replacement. I am extremely grateful and will be coming here in the future.
