- BCBrandon Chisnell6 days ago1.0This process started almost 3 months ago. Nothing has gone right with this transaction and experience, from top to bottom. I brought them 5 brand new wheels in boxes, with brand new sensors, and upgraded valve stems to go along with a $1600+ purchase of tires/labor. I got a call from the tech saying he lost a sensor, it wound up being he lost the center cap to one of the wheels and the set screw for that cap as well. They sent me home with the center cap missing on the spare in the trunk. I didnt realize until I got home and was inspecting everything and pulled the spare out. At this point I see that the valve stems that were installed were regular rubber and not the upgraded metal ones that I brought them. I had to go back, just for them to say they couldnt find the center cap. I finally get a call back from the manager saying they found it and I can get the tires reinstalled with the correct valve stems. I go to pick the car up and the center cap is floating in place in the spare without the set screw. I had to go back inside the store, and they already knew the screw wasn't there. So they had to order the screw, and I had to come back again when it came in. After some conversation with the manager, the regional manager calls me. He tells me that they are going to send me a $100 voucher for the inconvenience of everything. I never get the voucher. After some time, I contact the manager and he says the voucher is supposed to be in my profile in their system. I show up in person for now the 5th time to make sure that it's there, and it's not. I contact the regional manager again to no resolve. Again, it's been almost three months.

Every time I have taken my car here they really go above and beyond. I’ve even gotten a few of my friends to go here and they all say it’s amazing my boyfriend loves this place too and says they charge very fairly. 20/10 you guys are all amazing!
