  Everything was awesome except the one negative thing was I reserved a car for a whole week at an awesome price and I returned early and instead was charged the daily rate. Was disappointed that I wasn’t told that when reserving.

  We were in New Port Richey, FL to clean out a family storage unit and weren't having any luck finding a vehicle to haul everything back in. A box truck would have been immensely too large for our needs. We already had a smaller SUV rented through Enterprise that wouldn't fit everything and only had Friday to figure something out since we were leaving to go back home on Sunday and our original rental was due back. I stopped in to the local Enterprise office and explained the situation and not only did Josh find me an option within 5 mins, he also had contingency options lined up in case something happened. Everything went according to plan and we switched vehicles 4 hours later. Darien got us set up with the vehicle later on and clearly explained all of our options and add-ons and answered any questions we had about certain functions of the car. He even understood and noted my account because I was having some issues with the credit card I was using to secure the reservation and promised to call in case anything didn't go through. We had the new rental for less than a day when I noticed one of the tires was losing air. After filling it back up, it was still losing air so I called to find out what my options were. I spoke with Josh again and he reassured me that we wouldn't be financially responsible for taking it to an auto shop for repair or replacement. He even suggested local shops that they had accounts with that would have had weekend availability. The shop I chose was an overwhelming positive experience as well. This trip had been cursed from the outset with anything and everything going wrong so having this aspect go so smoothly after all of the prior difficulties was such a blessing and I'm so very grateful for those involved for helping us make it home without delay.

  Have always rented from enterprise but, will never return to this particular lot. The lady we dealt with was very rude to us and had 0 customer service skills. Actually cussed at us the day we went to pick up our reserved vehicle. Had to get an upgrade because the vehicle we reserved wasn't there and the upgrade had bad tires, terrible experience with this rental process.
