- VNVictoria Neck3 days ago1.0Not going to blame them for Direct General insurance not handling their responsibilities. However, the fact that Enterprise picked me up from the collision center, drove me to their rental location and then would not at least bring me back to the collison center, is where they FAILED! I had to walk 6 miles home! I ended up getting a rental from AVIS, whom were appalled when they heard how Enterprise handled it! Yes, Direct General Insurance did not handle the payment process correctly, but, Enterprise should have a least brought me home or back to the collision center.

The wagoner they provided was their premier and it was perfect size. All good until start driving and shaking starts at 74 mph and then engine light come on in the way back! Good Luck! When I returned I was told maintenance was up to date. Ok yeah.

I had a few issues with the car I originally reserved, but they didn’t hesitate to go out of their way to give me other options and make sure I was happy. That kind of customer service is pretty rare these days. I really appreciate them and would definitely recommend this branch.

I dropped off a truck after hours that they didn't check in. They bark orders at customers on where to park in their lot. Witnessed another customer returning a vehicle and the guy that moves the vehicles around could have just taken the keys and moved it where he wanted instead of barking orders at people. Aggressive driving in the lot by him almost resulted in collision. The vehicle I was given didn't have wipers that worked. As someone who use to have a business account with them, I'm going some where at the bare minimum i don't have to worry.
