They were running a rat race. longer than needed wait time because of this. at one point a manager emerged from nowhere and did nothing. she could have helped in some way but did nothing. while waiting they had to call to tell a person they didn't have the pickup truck nor an suv they had tried to rent. all the vehicles available were crap, and they weren't "available", each one people had to wait for it to get "cleaned", which it felt filthy and hadn't been detailed except for a 10 minute wipe down at most. i've used enterprise for over a decade and this is probably the worst

First rental that actually looked to see that there was a spare tire, I usually have to ask to make sure. I'm a travel agency owner and have rented nationally and internationally, and they rate in the top 5 for product and customer service. Highly recommend this location.
