What a trooper! It wasn't exactly easy to install the battery in my car; but she persevered and did an incredible job. She obviously takes pride in her work. I was sharing my experience with my brother afterwards, and he knew exactly to whom I was referring. He indicated he'd had the same awesome experience with Queen previously. Going forward, I'll will always come back to this location and hopefully 'The Queen' will be on her throne 😉

The dealership had suggested it might be a battery or key fob issue, and Reggie helped us figure out the best direction to take. She was incredibly kind, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful through the entire process. We ended up going with a new fob, but she also ran a full quote for a new battery just in case. If we do end up needing one, we’ll absolutely be coming back here to buy it—specifically because of Reggie. Her customer service was miles better than what we experienced at the Nissan dealership. Thank you, Reggie, for making a stressful situation so much easier! Highly recommend this AutoZone.
