I cannot say enough good things about this store and, specifically, Queen. While driving my stepmother's car to recharge the battery after an extended period of no use, the car died at a stoplight and wouldn't restart. Kind strangers pushed me to the side of the road. After a jumpstart, I made my way directly to the AutoZone I could see while sitting in the middle lane, unable to go anywhere. Queen assessed the battery, charged it for me, and assessed the alternator. Both were okay. The battery just needed to be charged further. And it cost me nothing! What a gift! I will be a customer for life! Thank you, Queen!

Such great service I forgot what gentleman helped me replace my battery but he made me feel like I was family and it was OK to ask for help. I'm a healthcare girl so I know nothing about cars so the way that he treated me and gave me tips made me feel like a valued community member I will definitely come back.

Worst customer service ever! The lady that is name Queen was the Rudest person I've ever came across at a autozone. Will never go back to this store until she is fired/gone. She did not want to help me at all. Its like I was an inconvenience to her. All I needed was a part looked up and she acted like she couldn't see the screen and tell me any info on it. Now that I think about it I think it was cause of my race. Never been treated like that when im trying to spend money.

First off I want to start by saying I am store manager on LOA with AutoZone for over a year now due to health issues. I wrote a review a week or so a go that was a two star review based on performance. Today I went in and the atmosphere was completely different. Eltee and Queen welcome me in the moment I walked in the door both were at the counter visible and working. They both asked ne what I was working on as the both stepped towards a computer to help me. Walking up to Eltee I gave him all the information on my vehicle and he retrieved the correct part for me. Queen asked me if I needed any gas treatment as it was on sale. And Eltee asked me if there was any additional items I would need today. While finishing up my transaction Eltee asked if I would like my receipt by email or paper. Then thanked me for coming in today over all today's visit was leaps and bounds better then the visit the other week thank you both for the friendly visit.

Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced at any auto parts store. Walked into this AutoZone in NPR today (February 6, 2026, around 9 AM) store clerk barely managed a lazy “hi” as I entered—then nothing. No “how can I help you,” no “step up to the counter,” no acknowledgment at all. I stood there waiting politely to be called up, like a normal person does.
After a minute of her doing absolutely zero work and staring at her phone, she suddenly snaps at me with an annoyed tone: “I called you up already,” acting like I was the problem for not magically hearing a call that never happened. She never said my name, never waved me over, never said “next” or anything beyond that single “hi.” Pure gaslighting and laziness wrapped in rudeness.
This woman clearly has zero interest in doing her job, zero basic manners, and apparently thinks customers should read her mind or beg for service. Her entitled, half-hearted attitude made me feel like I was intruding on her personal phone time instead of being a paying customer in a store that exists because of people like me.
Pathetic.
By comparison, Advance Auto Parts is night-and-day better. Staff there actually greet you properly, ask how they can help right away, walk you to parts if needed, and don’t treat you like an annoyance for existing. Friendly, helpful, and professional—no fake “I already called you” nonsense when they couldn’t be bothered to speak up.
Advance makes you feel welcome; this AutoZone makes you feel like you’re wasting their precious time.
AutoZone, if this is the caliber of employee you’re putting at the front desk, you’re begging customers to leave.
