Before trying to sell or upcharge every moment, he really didn’t everything to make sure I made the right choices on battery charging, replacement, testing and everything else. He didn’t just drop a new battery in and walk away when I decided to buy one, rather, he cleaned the cable connections, and made sure my car was good before leaving. He is a rockstar employee and I genuinely appreciated his car and help.

The employee, I believe she said was Mathew, came outside with her. He listened to her questions she had, and took the time to answer them. My mother was so impressed on how he didn't try to rush her away, and made sure she fully understood the answers to what she was asking. It is reassuring to know good customer service still exists.
