Before trying to sell or upcharge every moment, he really didn’t everything to make sure I made the right choices on battery charging, replacement, testing and everything else. He didn’t just drop a new battery in and walk away when I decided to buy one, rather, he cleaned the cable connections, and made sure my car was good before leaving. He is a rockstar employee and I genuinely appreciated his car and help.

The employee, I believe she said was Mathew, came outside with her. He listened to her questions she had, and took the time to answer them. My mother was so impressed on how he didn't try to rush her away, and made sure she fully understood the answers to what she was asking. It is reassuring to know good customer service still exists. Brakes work by using friction to turn kinetic energy into heat. There are two designs: drum brakes (older), and disc brakes (newer). Both use hydraulic pressure to move a piston outward. In disc brakes, the piston is located inside a caliper that houses brake pads and fits over the rotor. The friction lining on the pads makes contact with the rotor to slow the vehicle. In drum brakes, the piston moves two curved shoes lined with friction material against the inside of the brake drum.
