  A big shout out to Dawn and Queen from this auto zone! They literally came to my rescue! My battery died in the parking lot of Burger King across the road from them and Dawn came over with a jump box and got me started so I could drive over to the store and get a battery (which I needed and was going to get tomorrow) Queen changed out my key fob battery and all was good to go! They went above and beyond and got me back on the road in time for the second half of my job! lesson learned “Never put off until tomorrow what you can do today” Thank you ladies you were great! Also it was good talking to you” Steeler Nation” I was so flustered I didn’t get your name! I highly recommend this store for your auto needs.

  Every time I go there, if dawns there… expect to be helped to the fullest extent and a sociable experience. She always takes care of me and does her best to help me whether they have what I need or not. By far the easiest and most genuine experience/human interaction I’ve had at an automotive place.

  Great customer service. 7:30am 42 degrees and Dawn was happy to test battery and provide recommendations and installation for my 17 year old son. Dawn is trustworthy and took great care of him. Nice to have her there.

  I cannot say enough good things about this store and, specifically, Queen. While driving my stepmother's car to recharge the battery after an extended period of no use, the car died at a stoplight and wouldn't restart. Kind strangers pushed me to the side of the road. After a jumpstart, I made my way directly to the AutoZone I could see while sitting in the middle lane, unable to go anywhere. Queen assessed the battery, charged it for me, and assessed the alternator. Both were okay. The battery just needed to be charged further. And it cost me nothing! What a gift! I will be a customer for life! Thank you, Queen!

  Such great service I forgot what gentleman helped me replace my battery but he made me feel like I was family and it was OK to ask for help. I'm a healthcare girl so I know nothing about cars so the way that he treated me and gave me tips made me feel like a valued community member I will definitely come back.
