  I came out of a store after finishing up my shopping to discover my car wouldn't start, a very nice lady came over to me and offered to jump start my battery with her battery jump starter thing. And proceeded to offer to follow me to the closest AutoZone so I could get a new battery. She also advised me to have them check my starting and charging system to make sure my alternator wasn't bad because if the alternator was bad, it would drain the new battery. I asked her how she knew about that stuff and she told me that she works at the AutoZone on Grand Blvd. I asked her for her name and she told me it was Kim. I will go to that location because of the kindness she showed me when it's hard to find a stranger willing to help someone out nowadays.

  I showed up very late to close needed assistance with a battery for my vehicle there was a woman from Maine that originally help me but then associate Chase help me out while being very late and very close to close Chase diligently and with a smile on his face change my battery for me he was extremely professional and pleasant answering multiple questions that I had about my vehicle for me was an excellent experience for as late as it was I will use AutoZone because of Chase again
