Herman took a lot of time to help me diagnose an issue with my car and ended up saving me quite a lot of money and headache. Great attitude and service.

I am writing to express my absolute outrage regarding the appalling treatment I received at your store. I came in simply to exchange a set of defective light bulbs purchased on December 3, 2025, under your explicitly stated one-year warranty. Instead of a routine transaction, I was subjected to a degrading, combative interrogation that was clearly designed to make me feel like a common criminal. From the second I walked in, your clerk—an older, heavy-set man with glasses and a Smurf tattoo on his forearm (receipt authorized by "Tony G")—was aggressively hostile. Despite showing him the in-app purchase history detailing the payment method, date, and pickup time, he rigidly demanded an emailed receipt. He openly sneered at me while I patiently searched my phone, and spent an absurd amount of time texting his supervisor for "approval," treating a basic, company-backed warranty exchange as if it were a fraudulent scam. The sheer incompetence and disrespect only escalated from there. He flat-out lied to me, stating that if he processed the exchange, my warranty was permanently voided, directly contradicting your own policy. He then proceeded to rip open the new replacement bulbs and handle them bare-handed so he could use the new box to ship back the defective ones. Anyone with basic automotive knowledge knows you do not touch new bulbs, as the oils from your skin will ruin them. When I pointed this out and asked how I was supposed to transport them safely, his dismissive solution was to toss them in a plastic bag (which you never followed through with I ended up carrying them out in my hand.) After watching him fumble with boxing the old bulbs for literally 7 minutes, I politely asked if I was free to go. His response was to snap "I've got paperwork to do!. To this I said , "well sir I've got grocery shopping to do so I've got to get going . Do you think you could mess with the box after I leave maybe?" He sighed heavily, them he slammed the box down on the counter, threw a pen and the receipt towards me for a signature, and aggressively demanded my ID. When I declined his ridiculous attempt to upsell me dielectric grease saying , "I'm gonna need you to pick this up it's only $1.99" he literally flung the merchandise across the counter back towards the rack that he took it off of. I manage a staff for a hotel under a world-renowned hospitality company, and if one of my team members treated a guest with a fraction of this malice and disrespect, they would be terminated immediately. This man is an absolute liability to your business. I am constantly working on my Mazda and my Mitsubishi, and because of your proximity to my home, your store was my go-to. Never again. Because of this clerk’s abusive behavior, I will be taking all of my future business to the AutoZone down the road. I spent $80 on a couple of light bulbs and got treated like a hoodlum off the streets. I strongly advise you to take a close look at this employee - If you do I guarantee it will lead to this person's termination. And for the sake of your business before he drives away the rest of your local customer base I would probably do this quickly as possible. -AJM P.S. I called the store later that evening to discuss the incident. The phone was answered without a professional greeting. I asked for Tony, and the man replied, "It depends... who's asking." I identified myself as a customer and asked for the manager; he confirmed he was the manager. As I started to explain the earlier situation with the light bulbs, he put me on hold and transferred me to a subordinate. The subordinate confirmed that Tony was the boss and had just handed him the phone. A manager passing off a customer complaint to a lower-level employee is completely unprofessional and unacceptable.

I recently visited the shop to purchase wiper blades for my 2024 Ford Escape. While the wipers themselves were fine, the service was somewhat lackluster. The staff didn’t come out to assist or guide me in selecting the right wipers, which made the experience feel a bit underwhelming. Overall, it was an okay visit, but nothing stood out.
