  I would give zero stars if I could. Beware of the bait and switch! I called Tire Kingdom and 1 other local shop in Jax Beach for an estimate to replace 4 tires (Phone numbers included in their Google listings). Tire Kingdom was about $50 cheaper and I’ve gotten great service from them in the past, so I decided to take my car there. As I pulled into the parking lot, I get a call from the Store Manager wanting to talk to me about the appointment I just made to get my tires balanced. Huh? I didn’t make an appointment and I called about much more than balancing. I told the Manager that I would come into the store to speak to him. I walked into the store and he asked how he could help me. Didn’t he just call me as a follow to the quote I was given over the phone? I asked for an oil change and for them to assess how much life was left on my current tires before deciding if I would replace them. I referenced the phone quote I received which was an out the door price for 4 tires. He said the quote was not in the system but it was not an out the door price. He would need to provide me with a more accurate quote. If it wasn’t in the system, how did he know that it wasn’t an out the door price? He then told me that the guy who quoted me is not local. He is somewhere in NY and he has had to speak with his boss in the past about the estimates he was giving. He said this New Yorker was quoting on tires that he didn’t even have in stock. The Store Manager handed me his card and suggested I call him directly moving forward. Before agreeing to the service, I asked for an accurate quote which ended up being $300+ more than what I was quoted over the phone. No apology for the confusion or for wasting my time. The Store Manager acted like it was my problem. I said I would need to reassess and he handed my keys back. No effort at all to earn my business even though I was standing in his lobby. I took my vehicle to the other shop that gave me a phone quote and much to my surprise, they charged me exactly what I was quoted over the phone. Imagine that! They even treated me like a valued customer who just spent over $600 in their shop. I know who I won’t be calling next time I need new tires. Tire Kingdom lost a longtime customer today!

  Super greatful this location stays open till 830pm on Thursday! Aaron was super helpful making sure to get me the best quality tires at an affordable price ! Great customer service! Always my go to tire shop in Neptune beach !!!

  Awesome service, Drew and Aaron were very helpful finding my slow leak on the tire and they replaced the tpms kit in no time. Highly recommend this shop and their services.

  I went in to get my tires rotated / balanced. Immediately before I left after dropping off my car they let me know that wiring was showing on my front two tires and that they would be doing a no cost evaluation of my car to see if anything else needed attention. I asked for photos of the warn tires which they promptly sent to me, great communication. They gave me a rundown of everything that needed work on my car, the main issue was getting two new front tires and alignment. They provided several options for tire pricing and were not pushy about me getting any work done, but provided clear communication on what needed to be worked on- gave me the option to tackle it or hold off on it. They also clearly communicated the pricing for material and labor. Very friendly service! The next day on the highway, my car ran the smoothest it has in months!
