    I showed up for my regular oil change today with the pleasure of seeing Luis and Degenhardt. They're very kind, great conversationalists, down to earth, and you can see they care for people first while attending to your vehicular needs. I also spoke to Gabriel (I believe he is one of the technicians, forgive me if I'm mistaken) after he greeted me immediately upon entry and we had a nice regular chat with Degenhardt while I waited for my car. I'm practically a regular at Tire Kingdom and they know me by face and name at this point so that's an indicator that I trust them. I'll see you guys soon! Thank you for your hard work guys, don't ever change okay! 👍🏾

    I originally brought my car to Tire Kingdom because it was making a loud squeaking/screeching noise when braking. I was told my front brakes needed to be replaced and that my rear passenger tire also needed to be changed, so even though I didn’t come for a tire,I agreed to both services anyway. After the repairs, I kept having to come back because my tire pressure light would not stay off, I was told it was because of the weather…& The squeaking was still there, just slightly at first, but it has continued to get louder and worse over time. Now my car is also starting to shake while driving, like something may be off or not properly aligned. I’ve returned multiple times, and instead of improving, the condition of my car has gotten worse since the initial service. I paid to fix a problem, not to leave with more issues than I started with. While the staff was polite, the quality of the work and diagnosis has been very disappointing.

    Excelente experiencia en Tire Kingdom. La atención fue muy profesional y amable desde el primer momento. Quiero destacar especialmente al señor Luis, quien se tomó el tiempo de explicarme cada detalle con paciencia y claridad, asegurándose de que todas mis dudas quedaran completamente resueltas. Es reconfortante encontrar personas así, comprometidas con brindar un servicio honesto y de calidad. Sin duda, recomiendo altamente este lugar.

    I’ll start by saying when they spoke to me, they did speak clearly and with conviction. Very nice to have clear communication with these shops. However, they denied me an alignment and new tires on my vehicle for that same day, which was understandable but google said it was not busy so I called again, this time with a woman, and not only did they offer an alignment and tires the same day, they offered coupons too! Wow to be a woman huh? No strange business practices there. As for my car itself, when I got to the shop I had an appointment for 1PM, I got there at 1 and returned at 4:40 even though they told me it would take only 2 hours. They didn’t start my car until about 5:50. I got a new set of tires that apparently took a while to install and I was met with the classic not being able to align my car because of issues with the steering column. Now, I can accept everything thus far, but when I wanted to break down more of what was wrong with the steering column and what parts I needed, I was taken on an entire tangent about the integrity of my cars parts, and how only this one random alignment shop in London square could help me. Gentlemen comes to tell me my cambers are off, and that was the end of the clear communication. He then tried to be as vague as possible after that, sometimes blatantly ignoring my questions completely, possibly because he suspected I wasn’t about to go to his little shop he kept shilling. Long story short, bro didn’t wanna tell me what was wrong with my steering, I went under my car and saw myself that it was the front rearward compression bushings that got worn. I find it hard to believe that bro acted as smart as he did and didn’t know it was compression bushings. So, I get yall need to make your coin, but when the customer is showing that they’re not about to be enticed, but rather would appreciate some respect, you acquiesce. Your staff thought I was some skinny young punk, and instead I actually got a certificate in mechanical engineering just so I never had to pay a mechanic because as you can see, most of them are slimy. Stay safe friends, and go to south dixie tires better or something. These gents need an ego check and need to stop acting like because they understand cars (kinda) they’re too high and mighty to just be real with us customers. Btw, 260 for some cheap Chinese tires should be criminal. They failed to mentioned that coupon got me pencil eraser grade rubber.

    I had a very disappointing experience at Tire Kingdom. I scheduled an appointment for 10:00 AM, but arrived early at 8:30 AM hoping to get my vehicle serviced sooner. Unfortunately, my vehicle did not even go into the service bay until 11:30 AM, despite having an appointment. What made the experience worse was the lack of communication. I had to personally follow up multiple times just to get an update on the status of my vehicle. After asking, I was told that only two employees were working and management had overbooked appointments. While I understand staffing challenges happen, customers should not be scheduled for appointments if the shop cannot realistically service them within a reasonable timeframe. In total, I waited over five hours from the moment I arrived until I finally received my car back. This level of delay with an appointment already scheduled is extremely frustrating and reflects poor scheduling and management practices. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and improves both staffing and appointment scheduling, because no customer should have to wait this long for service when they planned ahead and booked an appointment.
