I had a very disappointing experience at Tire Kingdom. I scheduled an appointment for 10:00 AM, but arrived early at 8:30 AM hoping to get my vehicle serviced sooner. Unfortunately, my vehicle did not even go into the service bay until 11:30 AM, despite having an appointment.
What made the experience worse was the lack of communication. I had to personally follow up multiple times just to get an update on the status of my vehicle. After asking, I was told that only two employees were working and management had overbooked appointments. While I understand staffing challenges happen, customers should not be scheduled for appointments if the shop cannot realistically service them within a reasonable timeframe.
In total, I waited over five hours from the moment I arrived until I finally received my car back. This level of delay with an appointment already scheduled is extremely frustrating and reflects poor scheduling and management practices.
I hope management takes this feedback seriously and improves both staffing and appointment scheduling, because no customer should have to wait this long for service when they planned ahead and booked an appointment.

Came into Tire Kingdom for an oil change and was kindly greeted by Degenhardt and the team. They were more than accommodating, even though I did not have an appointment. They were quick on service and are excellent on customer service. Will only come to this location, they’re the best!

Mason Jean is the reason I will always, ALWAYS come back to Tire Kingdom Naranja. After having both good and bad experiences at different shops, even within the same chain, this visit completely erased the bad ones.
His customer service, genuine care, and commitment to making it work, even while the store was packed, really stood out throughout the entire experience. He kept things clear, stayed professional under pressure, and treated me with respect from start to finish.
I’ll be back for my next tire service for sure. Please recognize and promote this young man.

Today I had an appointment at Tire Kingdom at this location, and I was greeted by the manager, Mason. He provided outstanding customer service from the moment I walked in. Him and his team were very polite, friendly, and professional throughout the entire visit.
If you’ve had a bad experience with other mechanics before, you will not experience that here. They truly work around your needs and do their best to provide excellent service.
I highly recommend this location — 10 out of 10. By far the best Tire Kingdom I’ve visited.
I came to Tire Kingdom in Naranja, Florida on US1, met with Mr. Mason and asked him what was the strange noise I was hearing and some wierd noise. He examined my vehicle, showed me that it was from my tires as they were down to the lowest level of tread. He taught me what to pay attention to from now on with my tires. I was so grateful because he spotted the issue and I really didn't realize I was putting myself in that much danger.
He helped me with my new tire purchase and installed them. He was such an astute and kind gentleman. He helped me get a good discount and my car is truly driving so much better. Thank you Mr. Mason for your honesty and help and God Bless NARANJA's Tire Kingdom employees.✝️ 🛐✝️
